| Comments: | I am a steeler fan but I have always liked the los angeles rams and their classic royal blue and gold uniforms. They should have left their name, colors, and records in los angeles when they moved to st. louis.superbowl 14 was a classic superbowl and will be remembered as one of the greatest bowls ever played. The rams had an excellent chance in that game to defeat my beloved steelers.I was told that superbowl 14 was the first steeler victory over a rams team.I know the rams defeated the steelers in 1975 and 1978 by scores of 10-3 and 10-7.my hats off to the rams of the 70's because there could have been more steeler ram superbowl matchups. |

| Comments: | I was a recently watching an NFL films video about Super Bowl XIV and since you went I had a question about what I saw on the video. It showed in the background probably during the end of the first quarter a bunch of shiny silver things in the stands. I was wondering what was it used for and why because during Super Bowl XXVII against the Bills and Cowboys, the halftime showed fans used those same things and made a pattern out of children holding hands during the Michael Jackson halftime show. I would really like to know.

| Comments: | Rams Fans from hell
By the late 1960's I was out of my crib, I was wearing a helmet instead of a bib. The helmet was blue, the horns were white so how did I know the choice I made was so right? With the new decade came the powerful run, setting NFL records, Division Dominance had begun. Year after year, those Rams teams shined but we came up short time after time. Some gave up hope when Rosenbloom died but the Rams Fans who stayed knew it had to our time. Then it was here in 79 our Superbowl day had finally arrived. We had it in our hands early in the fourth but as luck would have it Rod Perry came up about a half an inch short. For 73 yards we screamed and we shook but remember that number that John Stallworth wrote in the books. Our loyalty was tested and for some it was to much. People would laugh and say we were out of touch. We followed our team because of that feeling inside that feeling only a Ram fan can understand or describe. The 80's were shaky and more times then not we went to the playoffs with our stomachs in knots. We were called losers they said we always choked they wondered how we could go on. We heard joke after joke. Then came the ultimate of our loyalty test when the bus pulled away and headed for the Mid West. She thought she had shook us by driving away but these are Rams Fans and there here to stay. So out came the Dishes and the World Wide Web and with the Herd and the Rampagers we'll never be dead. but what's even better is all our new friends. Our friends in St. Louis and its surrounding spreads. There still is that matter of those 73 yards so lets add together some more famous yards. Lets take Isaac Bruce and Mike Jones as well cause 72 plus 1 equals Rams Fans from hell. |
