Comments: I stumbled upon Jethro Tull kinda by accident. I was buying cassette tapes, and i bought "M.U. - The Best Of Jethro Tull" without even looking at it, then when i got it home, i listened to it, and thought "this is the best music i've ever heard!", and now, J.T. is my favorite band. Jeep up the good work, Ian.

Favorite Tull album: ???Thick As aBrick???
Favorite Tull song: Every last one, except...
Comments: I first heard Tull in '72. Have all their music. I love their early stuff, but their newer music doesn't get the respect it deserves. After all:
It is 'A' 'Benefit' of 'DOTCOM' to be 'Living In The Past'. A 'Nightcap' of 'Rock Island' makes one 'Stand Up' during 'Stormwatch' to see 'Catfish Rising' on 'The Crest Of A Knave'.
'A Passion Play' for 'A Little Light Music' is good, but the 'Original Masters' at 'Live at Hammersmith' makes 'Thick As A Brick' reminiscent of 'Songs From The Wood'.
'Aqualung' was a 'Warchild' who, being 'Too Old To Rock N' Roll, Too Young To Die', came 'Bursting Out' as a 'Minstrel In 'The Gallery', riding 'Heavy Horses'... 'This Was' 'A Broadsword and a Beast'.
'M.U. The Best Of...', I 'Repeat, The Best Of...' and all the Box Sets makes 'A Classic Case' for learning 'The Secret Language Of Bird' a 'Walk Into Light' while searching for 'Divinities'.
WITHOUT THE FIRST, THERE IS NO LAST!

Jethro Tull is the best band ever and god have i heard loads of these hehe. We don't have a strong Tull fan community in Poland but I am happy they find some time to vist us here (on the outskirts of Europe) and rock hard.
My dream is that they'd play a Passion Play or Thick as a Brick on the gig but.. Yet I salute you and..

Although I've listed The Play as my favorite album and Rare and Precious Chain as my song, that's just for today. It always depends on which of their albums I'm listening to. I'm just happy that JT has been part of my life and they always will.

met Glenn's Cornick parents in london. I was 16 at the time
and Tull was already being heard in far away montevideo, and i was a bit dissapointed that I couldnt meet the guys but Glen's parents made sure to give me promo material and
autographed paraphernalia.
Stand up was released during my european trip and i was probably the first uruguayan to own that album, which i still think it is the definitive Tull album

Favorite Tull song: That's easy!the one that's in Ian's mind right now.
Comments: One of the reasons I enjoy JT. so much is the constant flow of new music.Theres always something to look forward to,and I'm never disapointed. At the same time look at this great colection of music I've aquired.and none of it's collecting dust, you can't say that about to many bands today. I saw Tull in concert over 60 times,I've spoken with Ian on more than one occasion, and I found him to be a very down to earth guy,it's because of him that Tull keeps getting better, and yes I always bought my own Beer mates cheerio:

Comments: I'm putting on a Jethro Tull tribute concert Friday November 23rd. The band is Locomotive Breath and it features John Wessel and lead vocals and flute. Back in the '70's, John befriended Glenn Cornick down in L.A., and John has convinced Glenn to join Loco Breath to add some vintage Tull flavor! I've met Glenn a couple times and he's a great guy plus he still grooves up on stage! We're very lucky to be presenting this show in the lovely coastal hamlet of Cambria California. Please e-mail me for more info!

Comments: You know that things aren't well with earth when there
are to few Tull fans and too many others with loud mouths
and things worse. Well, it's good to know Ian is still
alive and well and living in; maybe he's not singing all
day, but at least he's writing new stuff. Jethro Tull is so
great, i wish they'd tour even more and for longer times,
Hey if Bob Dylan can play for nearly three hours, ian is
hard stuck for an excuse. Maybe if Ian slowed down a bit ,
did some slow dark things with lot's of instrumental fills,
he can do a longer shows. Well, Peace Be With You all.

band off stage with a wave of HIS flute (sound corny?) I'll
download a screensaver but the wife will be saying..."Who
the hell is this?"....you know the score.First memory is an
image of them doing Living in the Past & Witch's Promise on
Top of the Pops all those years ago....fantastic.Met THE
