On Dec 20/05 i have to go to a class all about proper diet/vitamins that i'll have to do after the surgey. I then have to see the surgeon on Jan 2/05. Hopefully i'll find out soon when i'll be having the surgery! Would really like to hear from anyone who has also had the same surgery!

Havent been through the entire site, but my surgeon prefers to cut from breastbone to navel for the surgery. I know that some do laporscopic. Which did you do? Also, you look great! |

I am going thru the Wishcenter in SanAntonio Texas to have my surgery. First off I have 10-12 weeks of learning to exercise and eating habits then I will have surgery, probably sometime in December or January. I have been heavy for a long time and it is a life issue with me. I know that if I don't get this weight off me I will not live to see my grandkids grow up. Thank you for the information. While this surgery isn't for everyone, it is right for most and something I would highly recommend. It has given me a new quality of life to live. | Comments: | WOW! You look GREAT! I just had my surgery on Monday March 17, 2003, so I am really looking forward to watching the weight just fall off! I am doing really well, I've suprised my husband and family at how quickly I am recovering. I was released from the hospital on Thursday morning, and since then I can pretty much fend for myself. I actually left the house today for a few hours, it was wonderful. :-)
I'm looking forward checking out the rest of your web site, especially the receips, I found eating baby food absolutely horrible, but now I am starting to introduce more mushy foods, today I actually had an 1 oz of low fat cottage cheese, it was YUMMY! Keep up the good work on your weight loss. |
