with Epilepsy on November 10, 2000 at the age of 21. My neurologist is Dr. Johnny Dy at the Beckley Medical Arts Clinic. I am currently taking 300 mg of Neurotin for seizure control. I have lost both of my children due to this disorder. The best way that I cope with this disorder is to keep taking my medication and keep up with my appointments. My doctor told me that if I am still seizure free by the next appointment then I'll get to take my Learner's Permit test for my permit. |

Mam na imię Anka i mieszkam (póki co) w Rzeszowie. Chciałam pogratulować Ci fantastycznej strony o Twoich (i nie tylko) Rodezjanach - w ciekawy sposób przedstawiasz te psy, a z tekstów można wyczuć prawdziwą fascynację i miłość do tych zwierząt. Przyznaję, że RR zainteresowałam się po wizycie (nie jednej!) na Twojej stronie www. Od dawna poszukuję dla siebie psa, który spełniłby moje oczekiwania i wydaje mi się, że jestem tego bliska. Ze względu na uprawiane sporty szukam psa, który mógłby niestrudzenie biec za rowerem lub koniem, pełnić także rolę stróża przy domu i nie wykazywać nadmiernej agresji. Początkowo myślałam o gordonie, ale nie jestem pewna czy poradziłabym sobie z jego pasją myśliwską, a poza tym seter to seter - zapomina o posłuszeństwie, kiedy tylko można coś pogonić. Upłynie jeszcze trochę czasu zanim będę mogła zaprosić jakiegoś RR do swojej rodziny, bo człowiek - demolka w osobie mojego dwuletniego syna to raczej nie najlepsze towarzystwo dla jakiegokolwiek zwierzaka. Będę jednak uważnie śledzić dalsze kroki Twoich (i nie tylko) psiaków, a być może kiedyś uda mi się zobaczyć je na wystawie. | Comments: | Po pierwsze muszę przyznać, że jestem pod wielkim wrażeniem stworzonej przez Panią strony internetowej... Jest fantastyczna pod względem graficznym (świetne logo ridgebacka), ale przede wszystkim pod względem zawartości merytorycznej. Znaleźć tu można wiele cennych informacji. To chyba jedyna w Polsce strona, z której można dowiedzieć się czegoś konkretnego na temat tej rasy. Niedawno sam założyłem stronę o naszej suni i miałem zamiar ją rozbudować o informacje na temat rasy ale jak zobaczyłem Wasz serwis, rąsie opadły mi do samej ziemi... Toż to to, co miałem zamiar stworzyć! Podcięła mi Pani skrzydła;). Jedno zastrzeżenie - nie mogę do Pani wysłać meila - to chyba przejsciowe... Proszę o kontakt. |

wspaniały pies, o bardzo łagodnym, delikatnym charakterze. jestem zakochany w tej rasie. Mojego psa kupiłem w hodowli w Gdyni, mam certyfikat rodowodowy. Mój problem polega na tym, że Knaga (urodziła się jako szósta w miocie) nie ma pręgi. Nam absolutnie to nie pszeszkadza, natomiast nie wiem czy będę mógł ją dopuścić. Mieszkam w Łodzi, w naszym mieście spotkałem tylko jednego właściciela psa tej rasy, niestety była to również suka. Jeśli ktoś mógłby rozwiązać mój problem będę wdzięczny. We have moved to North Caroilna and are far away from the Ridgeback families of New Jersey. We used to Lore Course our Jake & Jessie. Jake got pancreatitis & had to stop running. Jessie jane was co-owned but when she developed cystic ovaries we were able to haev her spayed, so much easier now , not to travel so far at estres time. Since her spaying a few months ago she has put on a lot of weight even though her food doll remains totally the same even cut out treats. She is sluggish, sleeps most of the time. Even when we take her to the beach, which she loves she sits down & eventually lays down & sleeps,even though the children & parents all hoover around for the sheer joy of seeing, touching & alughing with a RIDGEBACK. Jake is also a therapy dog, older than Jessie by 4 years . He has developed epiplepsy since moving here. He has more stamina by far than Jessie. Loves the attention of the children, even plays Ridgeback games with them, like hitting them gently with his tail & making the children giggle with glee. Jessie sleeps as if no one is around. have you experienced this with a bitch after spaying? |

which breed of dog to get to begin with, but my sister convinced me to get a ridgeback. She bred them a few times and truly enjoyed the ones she owned. So now I have Congo..a.k.a. African Sun Czar, he's a great dog and I love him to death. Congo is now 6 months old and just a big puppy! He is weighing in at 63 lbs.
