| Hello all. I am from California. My GGgrandfather Willaim Robbins and I am told that his wife name was either Ann or Anna, any ways they setteled in Indianna. Him and his brother whom I was told his name was Frank each received 160+ acres or so from the goverment for free to settel in Indianna. I belive originally in Scotts county. My Grandfathers Name is Fred Robbins. He Married Bertha Mae Bridgewater. Up to my Grandfater I know enough. It is before him, I am trying to find out more info. I don't know if you are my line or not but I believe that all the Robbins are some what connected. the only name I know is Daniel Robbins and Joshua Robbins and their children.and their wifes names. I hope to find all my Robbins family thanks shirley |

| Just getting started on my family background. My great grandmother was Mary Ann Robbins born in Pennsylvania on 25 Dec 1849 and was married to a Fredrick Churning born 21 Feb 1846 in Pennsylvania. Her parents were Stephen Van Reamsler Robbins and Sarah E. (Martha) Wright. Would appreciate any information on anyone of the above mentioned.

I am an Australian 'Robbins' at present trying to trace ancesters back to England.......arrived in Australia 1833 from Liverpool........English ancester named 'Charles' a farmer, have no further info......... What is your links to 'Curran' family.........one of our members was named after John Philpot Curran (Irish judge) but can't find any connection. |

| My father, Joe Lee Robbins, was born and raised in
Southeast Kentucky. My grandfather was Joe Houston Robbins. He was a coal miner. My dad researched our family tree many years ago and found that our roots trace back to England via ancestors who travelled with Daniel Boone through Cumberland Gap and decided to settle in the area.
