| Comments: I have purchased a kit from Murray Fraser in Perth Australia, who makes the kit for sale in Australia.
He recommends fitting a Toyota Corolla twin cam engine with a five speed gear box.I am only at the stage of assembling the suspension and steering. Seeing all the photos and articles from others who have built cars in the past gives me hope that I can complete the build!! |

I've had my 1878 registered Falcon for a year now and my good lady has forgotten what her husband looks like! I've built a new exhaust system with fish-tails, re-wired it, re-designed the cooling system, built a new dash, fitted different clocks, fitted poly bushes (recommended for immediate handling improvement), designed different bumpers, and I am looking at building a streamlined timber boot section (I've never liked the back end - always looks like an after-thought to me), and I am the recent proud owner of a Jag v12 donor that offers more headaches in my quest for the ultimate driving experience. I've spent a small fortune, my wife is talking divorce, the cats don't recognise me. Isn't life great!!!!!!! Thanks to all concerned and keep up the good work. Best regards Rob Austin |
