| Comments: | I found your site very interesting indeed, particularly the in depth analysis of Cissbury Ring. Living in England, I feel many of us take for granted the natural beauty and rich history this country has to offer. It was a real pleasure to visit the Ring, where you cannot help but be in awe of the place and it's ancient history. Very well done, thank you so much. |

| Comments: | Very interesting to find information on the Gun Inn. One of my ancestors was the wife of the publican around 1871 (William Goater) |

| Comments: | My name is Kirk Dickenson and I live in Cote Street, which is a narrow chalk hill lane next to Holt Farm. I am passionate about the Downs and walk, cycle and run on them every week. I have signed the online petition to include the Western Weald withithin the proposed National park boundaries and was at the pre-inquiry at Hove Town Hall (pictures on my website http://my.opera.com/blackpatch/blog) and will be attending the re-opening of the Public Inquiry at the Chatsworth hotel in Worthing on the 12th February - hoping to see many locals in attendance for a show of support. Congratulations on your great website, a real credit to a beautiful landscape |

| Comments: | I plan to be married on top of cissbury ring, for no other reason than l think it is one of the most beautiful places in Britain. My husband to be asked me to marry him on top of the ring and we walk up there from our house often. It is a magical setting and l think very romantic. We think of it as a gateway, to all the wonderful walks and surrounding countryside, without ever having to use a car. |

| Comments: | Took my 8yo son up to the Ring today - walked up from Findon. We both loved it - only downside was the dog shit that littered the path on the way up and the the ring - something needs to be done about these criminals who leave the dog messs everywhere. |
