I started out researching Italian names on my mother's side and have been working more on my father's family and my wife's side as well.

My Query:I really don't have a question. I would like to comment on the increasing problem everyone is having with spam. I visit many genealogy forums and see the damage that is done from someone advertising smut.
I think someone needs to come up with software that can block these ads, and share this software with sites at no charge.

I think that she was the daughter of Balthasar Stem who was the son of the Conrad Stem/Stam/Stamm who arrived from Germany. The German Conrad had three sons: Frederick, Balthar, and Conrad. Only Conrad was born in PA.
