I was browsing Witch Vox and saw your guys Beltane ritual comming up on May 10th (which looks awesome btw). Then i proceeded to your website and was looking around. I saw that you are looking for some students interesting in starting a group. Well first i guess i should tell you a little about me. My name is Bailey Cox. I am 18 yr old, and i have been studying the craft for 3-4 years now. However, i never really practiced any ritual, or circle, or what not...until just recently. Why i didnt for so long was because i never felt i was doing it "right". Which i now realize that there is no "right" and its great :) I tried joining other groups and it just wasnt the right time for me, but now I lvoe wicca even more now than i did before. I am a long way from knowing everything i want to know about wicca, paganism, the earth, and how to be a witch. Im still very new in my practice and would love to develop that further and make wicca not only a regular part of my life, but a part of my everyday life. So i guess what im asking is that, are you still looking for students for your study group? Because i am really interested. I have ordered a few books from Amazon and Abaxion that will come in a few days; one of which is The Truth about Witchcraft and the others are The Spells Bible and Bucklands Complete Book of Witchcraft. The other book is Before Casting a Spell. I notice that Abaxion has an online Witchcraft Course which I'm thinking of taking, but want to get your take on that. I want to thank you for mentioning the word empath in our last phone conversation. I did a google search of the word empath and found a website that really explains it well for me. I am understanding myself a lot more through reading the content of this website. I have so much I would like to talk to you about because I feel you understand me. I think that it is great that you share so much of yourself with others. What I mean is that in a time where a lot of people are very guarded with their personal experiences it is very refreshing to meet someone who is willing to share their stories with confidence. Because all of our experiences in the past have led us to where we are now in our lives I know that it is important to share in order to learn and not feel so alone on earth. I have shared things about myself and have expressed myself very freely but will crawl back in my shell when what I say is misinterpreted as I am making a pass a someone. It seems that when I am too flowery for a lot of people so I learning to know which ones to do so with. I regret not being able to make it to the past life regression for I feel I would have been able to learn so much more about our connection. I had an extremely emotional night with my 20yr old neice who I find it a challenge to like. Her personality at this moment is as such where she wants to be right all of the time regardless if she is not. It is challenging for me to detach myself from her insecurities and her need to control every situation. It becomes extremely disturbing when she repeatedly misconstrues everything that I say.
