It was written by an esteemed M.D. who reluctantly began to question whether some people maybe actually did have psychic powers after a women began diagnosing his patients with an uncanny ability to know what was wrong with them. It is a wonderful read. Don't believe in all this? I was a skeptic too. In fact I still am. But Dr. Curry doesn't ask (or want) you to believe on faith. What he wants is that the medical community starts studying this phenomenon scientifically, thoroughly, completely, with deeply probing questions and tests that are designed to weed out any subterfuge or static. He wants to know if people with these abilities can provide reliable, worthwhile assistance to medical doctors everywhere. He is appalled that the medical establishment is so preordained and/or so afraid of peer criticism that it rejects psychics out of hand and, as a result, that little scientific study of this field is ever done. Not only is it an eye opener and a thought provoker, it is also fun to rip through the pages of this book. I heartily recommend it.
