| Hello Mike, I found your website by chance and was
wondering if you have ever heard of my company WorlPac. We are an importer & distributor of European/Asian auto parts. We sell these parts wholesale to independent auto repair shops through two methods..traditional phone sales whereby you call your salesperson for whatever parts you need or if you prefer we offer a free software package called the D.I.A.L. system. If this sounds interesting to you, follow the link above to our website, and there you can learn all about us and D.I.A.L. (direct internet access link). You can e-mail me , or call me at 1-800-888-9982 ext 5495 if you have questions. Thanks for your time Mike. |

| Hello Mike,
Nice web page. How are things going? |

| Hi Robert:
Thanks for using our Diagnostic Request Form. Try checking the mass airflow sensor. You can do this by tapping on the sensor with a screwdriver. If the engine stalls or misses, this is the problem. Replace the sensor. If this is not the problem, use a scanner to determine the number on the e-prom (computer chip), and check with the dealer to see if it is the latest available chip or is an outdated model. An outdated chip could be out of parameter and cause the engine to run sluggish or stall. We hope this information is helpful to you. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Sincerely, Mike Sanford, Owner Sanford's Automotive Service http://home.earthlink.net/~mikesanford/ |

| A while back we sent some Email to you and others about our
repair shop software. Yes, we do have demos and they are available from my web site as downloads and it would be easy for you to click on the link below and go there and have a look around and then download whatever you want. I have redone my web site now and some more files are up there for download. I was in the auto repair and service business myself for over 20 years as an ASE Certified General Mechanic and have some very complete software for shops to use that take a minimum of time to use. My Son Don operates it now. I have looked at hundreds of repair shop programs over the years and most of them are way too clunky and time consuming to use and I wonder how they ever sell them. But I guess once someone gets used to a particular package they at least get along ok with it. When I am out making sales calls on shops here locally, I usually always ask them if they are completely satisfied with their software and about half of them say no. The year 2000 is coming around and I'd bet, from experience, that about half of the shops that have software now will need to need to get new software just for that reason. If you have any questions, or would like some features added to any of them, please leave Email or even phone me any time. By the way, I'd be interested in knowing if you use a computer to manage the shop with and if so which application. |

| Thanks for your quick response to my questions submitted on
your diagnostic page. Your input put me at ease knowing that I wasn't just hearing a "noise". I will definitely get things checked out. Although I'm up here in WV, I really appreciate your help. |
