And I think someone forgot to nominate Shirley MacLaine under Best Comedic Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Drama for her stint in "Joan of Arc" - what a joke!!!! |

| Comments: | Came here and I am signing because I want someone to nominate Lucy Lawless of Xena, Warrior Princess for an Emmy or some award for the best dramatic acting Ive seen. Check out her episode called Ides of March. She protrays a warrior who has her spine injured with her own weapon. Her expressions of pain are undoubtedly award winning. She goes onto to play more dramatic emotions when talking to her friend while awaiting being crucified on a cross as ordered by Ceasar just before Brutus kills him. The height of emotion comes as she is shivering in cold and pain as they raise her on a crucifixion cross. If she doesn't deserve an emmy for this acting, then I dont understand what such awards are for. Your help to get this to the right ear would be greatly appreciated. |
