| Comments: | I repeat: this sight is excrement and I am glad it is being shut down. Also, the horrible meaningless story on the homepage is indescribably pitiful (as in sucky, in more vulgar terms).
Even though I am a pokemon hater, I must truly say that almost every pokemon hater I have seen post anything on this sight is also without true logic and can rarely say more than "pokemon suck". I will delve a bit deeper. First off, it is an honest-to-God WASTE OF MONEY. In order to buy all the gameboy versions alone you have to spend around 210$ FOR THE GAMEBOY VERSIONS ALONE, NOT INCLUDING PINBALL AND OTHER DESPICABLE MANIFESTATIONS. Add cards, Pokemon Arena and Pokemon Arena 2, the pointless collectable figures, the retarded stuffed toys, Pokemon snap, Hey You Pikachu, and other unfathomably horrible upcoming games, leaves a nice big reciept of 1000$+. Even though that is quite enough said, there's more. The RPG, though entertaining to the mind of a simple 10 year old (perhaps), is terrible in many aspects. The storyline by itself makes me not want to play the game or anything else involving pokemon because compared to a proper RPG, IT HAS NONE. Therefore, I will not stoop to the level of calling it an RPG. Besides that, it hardly has the replayability of almost all other good games I've played. The music is tinny and makes me cringe, almost as much as the music on this site. Also, the G&S versions have ridiculous-looking pokemon with infinitely strange, similarly ridiculous Japanese names. And whoever said that pokemon is good for children really said that as a hasty excuse to like it. How is sitting around wasting time memorizing pointless and exceedingly ridiculous facts about mind-warping images and wasting money on trillions of expensive cards (I've seen one auctioned off on E-Bay for 400$!!!!!!!!!!!) supposed to be "good for kids"? Can you find a way to prove your point accurate? I must doubt it. So, rather than supporting pokemon haters, I am supporting the end of pokemon. So therefore I am a pokemon hater, and I would like to stay that way. |
