| Comments: | My husband and I just got home yesterday from PEI, and already want to go back. The cottage was wonderful, and made it a great deal easier to enjoy our time there. Your hospitality is unrivalled. The beautiful little beach was our morning retreat, and we very fondly remember our all-too-short stay.
I'd never really known the Summerside area of the island, and have come to love it almost as much as the St Peter's Bay area. Even though I didn't know the area, we still found the cottage despite road construction troubles! :) Next year, we'll be back with the little O'Chiese, and look forward to staying for a MUCH longer visit. I'm not sure if I really want recommend your cottages to anyone... because they all might reserve ahead of us! ~Kim and Waban O'Chiese |

| Comments: | We just arrived home in Boston!!! Our vacation at Schurman's Shores was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much! Mike, Heather, Calvin, Tyler and Red you ALL made our trip extra special. The cottages were nice and clean, the views breath-taking and all our neighboring "cottage mates" truly made this a memorable vacation!! We made wonderful friends. | Comments: | We stayed at your cottages last summer and truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect, the beach was perfect, and you all were so friendly. We told our friends and family members about our stay and they are all going to visit this summer. We are all counting down the days until we are there ( 29 days left .
Your family is the most pleasant people I have met and you make everyone feel at home. Mike greets everyone when he passes by and remembers everyone's name. Heather is so friendly, it is like you've known her forever. We highly recommend a stay with you to anyone planning a visit to " HEAVEN " |

| Comments: | Thanks again for the wonderful week my family and I spent at your cottage ( July 9-16 cottage #4) - it was the time of our lives. We'll never forget the memories we made there. It will especially be memorable because unfortunatly we lost grampy Bobby two days after we left you. He died on July 18, 2005 suddenly and he is very missed. But the time we were able to spend with him - his last week - was so special. How many families get to unknowingly do that. It was a special gift and we are so glad that we chose your cottages and your hospitality - he had a wonderful week - watching his grandson (Keegan) play and the boys take him for wagon rides, and he loved the sunsets and the evenings by the fire. So thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories to hold on to and pictures with smiles to prove it.

(July 27/05) We are settling back into our regular routine at home but want to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our week at you wonderful cottages. It was so quiet and relaxing, the view marvelous, the service excellent and our hosts were like old friends. We enjoyed the boys and they way they pitched in to help and do their own jobs. We are recommending your resort to everyone we talk to about our vacation. Your location, close to the bridge, Summerside and Charlottetown was perfect for day and evening excursions. Your restuarant recommendations were fabulous! We hope to bring our grandchildren in the years to come when they are just a bit older - a perfect place and a safe beach for children. Thanks so much. We have been back in Ontario for two weeks and everyone agrees that this was the best vacation ever. As a family, you all made us feel so welcome, the cottages are clean and comfortable and I think you have the best location in all of PEI, so close to everything and right on the water. You were also very helpful with information as 3 of the 4 of us had never been to PEI before. We will most certainly recommond your cottages to any of our friends who are planning a trip out east. | Comments: | Having stayed at Schurmans Shore Cottages with my wife and daughter I must say it was a wonderfull experience. The cottages were very clean and cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay. The owners Mike and Heather Hughes are extremely friendly. The location of the cottages are great, close to all the major attractions, National Parks, Ann of Green Gables, beautifull golf courses and shopping. We realy loved the evenings barbeque on the deck, lovely bonfire and breathtaking sunsets. I highly recomend this experience. We are looking forword to returning.

| Comments: | We had a wonderful visit at "our cottage" as we fondly call it, in May. The cottage was warm, comfortable and very relaxing. The evening entertainment was out of this world -- it was a wonderful sight to see all those Canada geese flocking into the bay so clost to the cottage.
We were extremely comfortable in "our cottage" inspite of the rainy weather. We look forward to seeing you again soon for another relaxing visit. We will have steaks on the BBQue on Saturday night rain or shine!! |
