Had a very Shorncliffe experience recently: climbing an endless mountainside of steps up Phoenix Hill in Hangzhou and stumbled onto a Buddhist Temple of the Clouds in time for Day of Release, celebrating Xiajiamuni (Sakyamuni's) birthday. Monks gave me caged finches and basket of frogs to let free. My karmic frog now hopping somewhere in the mist! Your sunrise over Baxter's Jetty keeps me close to home.
