To the owner of Belmont Hall,

On July 25th, I co-hosted a 90th birthday party for my Mom with a guest list of 58 people. My brother and I were so excited about surprising her, that my youngest brother and his family drove 20 hours in two vehicles to be here.
The day started out great with a re-union at Shaker Village, in Canterbury and the long anticipated party to follow, only to be crushed by a motor vehicle accident involving my No. Carolinian brother, his wife, my Mom and my oldest brother. What a nightmare!
I was devistated to get that call while on my way to the party with the party supplies in my Jeep. I was on the same street and came up on the scene only to see my family being transported on stretchers to the hospital, one hour before our big night.
I transported my one neice who wasn't injured to the hall to greet our guests with the grim news that the guest of honor and my two brothers were in the emergency room.
The care and the compassion of our guests and your staff were beyond words. They worked with us to hold off serving to await news from the hospital. Your cook, John even took a call from my Mom's brother calling from Wisconsin and allowed me to deliver the news on the bar telephone. Your staff became family with hugs and kindness and just genuine caring.
When we received news from the hospital of the released family members they cheered with us, and we began making lemonade with the lemons we had been handed. John warmed the food while Lisa and Kristen prepared a fresh table for our family and said we could stay until 10:30 to visit. by that time most guests had left without even seeing my Mom.
The few friends left and my family gathered to watch a video my sons made while the patients were served by Lisa and Kristen. We laughed and made the best out of the hour or so remaining.
We cut the cake and Lisa and Kristen were right there to lend a hand, even cutting it right with us.
John, Lisa and Kristen took lemons and made the testiest lemonade I've ever had, and I thank them from the bottom of my heatt.

Kuddo's to you all

PS John, the food was excellent!

My daughter Lisa had her wedding reception last Saturday, June 23rd in your function hall. We were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the food was great. Our guests had a great time and commented on how helpful your servers were. We feel very fortunate that we chose your facility for Lisa's reception.
Your menu was very reasonably priced and we would not hesitate to recommend your restaurant to our family and friends.

Thanks you for your efforts.

Sincerely,
Janice Gordon

Dear Jeannine,
My Apologies in getting this much-deserved thank-you hats off to you for the wonderful "moving away party" we hosted for 65 people at your establishimnet on Saturday, May 26th.
Being relative newcomers to the Manchester area and not being familiar with all the facilities available in the area. We relied on word of mouth recommendations of a few acquaintances that heartily endorsed "BH". Boy were they ever right! Our anxieties were quickly put to rest.
Everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very professional with Kelley, the hostess/server and Marc the bartender going above and beyond the call of duty in seeing that every need was taken care of. The food was excellent and plentiful and if anybody went away hungry it was their own fault! Everybody had a great time!
Above all my thanks to you for your party-and post-party courtesies extended to us. They were greatly appreciated.
Please feel free to use this note as a truly unsolicited endorsement of your facility*****!

Sincerely,

Antoinette J. Crowl
