ciò che hai scritto è ciò che molti di noi sentono ed è il motivo per cui questo sito è nato ed è via via cresciuto. George, per svariati motivi, è stato un pilastro nella nostra vita, un punto di partenza e/o di arrivo. Un compagno da cui separarsi, se lo si ama, è impossibile. Grazie a te piuttosto. Per aver capito lo spirito che ci fa andare avanti. Anch'io, come te e come tanti altri di noi sono siciliana. Il "punto di osservazione" non è certamente tra i migliori, perchè siamo lontani dai luoghi in cui le cose accadono veramente. Ma anche questo è stato uno sprone per realizzare questo progetto insieme ad un gruppo di amici, in un lavoro sinergico di entusiasmo e gioia. I vent'anni trascorsi non sono trascorsi invano... | Comments: | Ragazzi miei....che nostalgìa! Sono Massimo, ho 30 anni e adoro George da oltre 18 anni.Ho sempre partecipato emotivamente e virtualmente ad ogni avvenimento che lo riguardasse, ma non ho mai frequentato gruppi di fans e non ho mai avuto la fortuna di vederlo dal vivo..
Conoscevo un po' di gente che ho perso x strada negli anni e la mia sicilianità mi ha forse penalizzato nei contatti, gli eventi e nella vita in genere. Grazie x questo sito perchè è un monumento alla parte migliore e più "vissuta" della mia vita. Specialized in Loneliness Website (nella versione attuale) esiste da circa un anno e mezzo anche se la nostra comunità di hardcore fans si avvia velocemente al compimento del terzo anno di vita. Dici che ci voleva un website tutto italiano? Lo penso anch'io... Inizialmente questo sito è nato come specchio su internet della nostra attività (incessante) all'interno della mailing list (ovviamente dedicata a Boy George, ma utile anche a tanti altri nobili scopi). Poi si è piano piano, quasi inconsapevolmente trasformato in ciò che vedi oggi. Gli aggiornamenti sono frequenti (almeno una volta a settimana), le news sempre aggiornate. Il nostro sforzo (limiti del webmaster permettendo)è teso sempre a migliorare, sia in termini di qualità tecnica che di qualità dei contenuti. Speriamo di riuscirci e di non deludere te e tutti gli altri che ci seguono ormai da tanto e che ci esprimono sentimenti simili ai tuoi. Torna a trovarci, magari fai un salto in mailing list! Avevo 12 anni quando mi sono innamorata di George e i suoi vecchi compagni d'avventure: oggi ne ho 30 e, attraverso 18 anni di nuove tendenze, la mia passione è rimasta praticamente immutata.
