Wow. I really like the Carlson septuplets. I'm a triplet, so I can kind of relate to how the septs get annoyed at people for lumping them together all the time. I get mad when people clump me with my sisters, and it's very annoying. At first i didn't think I'd like the Carlsons, I don't know why, I guess I just thought they would be a story that didn't make any sense, but I know they do now! I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!

Your stories have inspired me to write a story of my own about a set of identical septuplets, who become enemies with another girl-they(much later) develop a friendship at camp, and find out by accident that the girl is their octuplet sister, taken at a young age.

Your page (and the parent trap film!) gave me the idea for this story, and i am hoping to finish it sometime soon!

I love reading about the Septuplets, but I wish there were more stories to read. Also, I think Jessie Mannisto should pick out someone in real life who she thinks look the most like the live version of one of her Septuplets, then take pictures of her dressed differently, the way the individual Septs dress, and graft all the pictures together to show how the Septs would look as real people. I think that'd be cool. Just a thought.

Hey :) I stumbled upon your mp3 page looking for a song, and stopped by your stories page as instructed. I liked the Nihon ni Aka-chan story best, since you write with authority and knowledge. As an Asian Studies major focusing on Japan, it annoys me when people write about the country (in fanfiction etc) without any background, so I was really impressed at how you captured the nuances of Japanese culture without being stereotypical. The story is cute, too :) I hope you write more of it in the future.

Hi Jessie, sorry it took me a few days to get to your site ... university started back up again this week so I've been a busy girl :). But thanks anyway for your sweet comments ;). Hehe, your personal pages made me smile ... amusing writer. It's so refreshing to find a personal section where the individual is actually happy, as opposed to those ickly people that list all their personality disorders like trophies .. grrrr. Admittedly your 'about the author' was the first page I went to ... for some reason I'm more interested in 'meeting' the author than reading their work. BUT! I did take a look at your other projects ... eek, I don't know where you find the time or inspiration for it all ... I'm too lazy, myself! Anyway, brilliant domain, I loved my visit.
