| Comments: | OMG! Nelson was my first concert ever!! I can remember a lot about that wonderful day. It was August 18, 1991 at the Music Mill Ampatheater at Six Flags Over Texas. The opening act was Tyketto, and the opening song Nelson performed was Fill You Up. I still have the ticket stub to this day, and am proud to say I have turned my 11 year old daughter into a Nelson fan as well. Keep on rockin' guys!! |

Therefore the person I think you are SOOOOO lucky you met whom I haven't--and I envy you--is Bobby!! Oh gosh how I'd LOVE to meet him(that is if I could keep myself from passing out and from becoming speechless--LOL!). I'm jealous! I've heard such good things about him and he seems like a VERY good and incredibly sweet person from what I do know. I LOVE his site, too. I'm even trying vegetarianism up to a point and since I've been drinking alot more water along with that I've actually felt much more energetic and not fatigued like I did when I used to eat all that greasy meat! For that I do have Bobby to thank--it's from reading all his stuff on vegetaranism and why it's a good way to go that I'm feeling so good, because of what kind of good things I've been consuming. I come from a small little country town called weatherford, Texas. When I was 6 months pregnant with my first child ever I wanted to go to Wal-Mart to do some baby shopping. Then before I left I wanted to go to the electronics section where all the movies, CDs, televisions, and everything are. I started heading towards the pop rock section and as I was looking for a CD that I might want I looked down and saw these two long blonde headed Rock N Roll guys that looked like twins but I wasn't for sure. And for some reaseon I had never heard of before. As I was staring at theme all I could think of is how handsom they are. I had to have this album. But I did not think that I would be in to their music, Nore did I have anymore money. So I forgot about them. But when I went home I thought about them again. I kept saying to myself buy their album their hot. Each time that I went back to Wal-Mart and went to the electronics section I would head towards the CD section in hopes that I would find one that I might want to buy and like a sore swollen thumb these Blonde long haird men stuck out from the rest of the artist CDs. Finally I got the hint that someone is giving me a sign to buy the album so finally I did. The Album that I had bought was The Best Of NELSON 20th Century Masters The Millinnium Collection Album that was released in 2004 By Geffen Records. I showed my dad the new CD that I had baught and he said Nelson. I said yeah but who are they dad. My dad said that they were the Nelson Twins. They are twin son's of Ricky Nelson. I had heard of Ricky Nelson. But I had none of his albums and didn't really know anything about him. I was watching The Parent Trap starring Hailey Mills. And In the movie she had a crush on Ricky Nelson so that's how I heard Of him. From that point on I wanted to know everything about Nelson. And now I do. I still have yet to learn more about their father. I think that Ricky Nelson was a great singer. I love his voice. Matthew And Gunnar if this ever gets to you I just want you to know HOW SORRY I AM ABOUT YOUR FATHERS DEATH. I lost my 17 year old half-sister in a car accident On Thursday August 19, 2004. It was a bad accident. It was raining bad that day. She had just put six college hours in, then she was going to go get some gas money from her step mom so she could make it to school. Then right as she got on the highway She hydroplained, then her car spun out of control, then went over the median and into the opposite lane of traffic and was hit instanly and killed instanly. It took the firefighters or who ever 3 hours to get my sister out of the car. When Iwas at my sister's funeral she didn't even look the same. Her whole body was crushed and swolen from being hit in the car accident. I can't believe it was an open casket. And your dad was in a Plane Crash a year after I was born so I know exactly how you feel. Everyone says you will get over it, you will move on, and that you will accept it in time. But we both know Matthew and Gunnar that you Don't. If my sister were alive she woul be 20 years old January 21, 2007. Thank you for reading this if it get's to you. I Love You Guys Please come to North Texas and do a concert so for the first time ever I can see you performe. |
