| Comments: | The best site of its kind that I have seen. Reading the history of the Irish regiments through the ages with the music playing sent a shiver down my spine. What did it do to the enemy with the pipes playing and 500 mad screaming Irishmen, bayonets fixed and coming your direction??
Brilliant site!! |

| Comments: | Great to see this website devoted to a regiment one never hears a lot about, but one that has a nobel history. As a soldier from a rivel Ulster regiment I have shared the rivelry together with the Skins. Irish dancin, boxing tournaments and bayonet fencing were times when we all got together. Great memories of some even greater lads.
Well done and keep up the good work Ron Worth ex Irish fusiliers 1953/55.22905038. |

| Comments: | Hi there,
I met some of you guys at Rougham Airfield in October this year at their Ploughs to Propellers weekend. I am the organiser of a similar event, and the chap I spoke to seemed quite keen in participating. He gave me your web link but I didn't get his name - he appeared to be in charge carrying that rifle around!! Anyway I really would like to see you guys at Seething 7th September, airfield open from Friday 5th. My contact phone number is 01603 764834. web link above. Regards, Paul Holmes. |
