I was with 19 LAA wing at Mafraq (Jordan), then we went to Habbaniya (Iraq) which was quite a pleasant posting in the 50's (bring your own scorpion). We were chucked out and wound-up in El-Adem (Libya)... jesus! was that place a hole or what? Following a spell with the QCS (Phsycopaths to a man) Getting out of that was like the best lay you ever had, believe me. I managed to fiddle a slot at Feltwell and shacked up with a bunch of Yank's.
