I read your section about your trip with Saliva. I had a very similar experience, though I was not as smart as you were && did take a shower. I prefer chocolate powder, with .5% milk put in the milk(1 cup), powder, 1/2 of a pack of sugar twin, and 4-5 ice cubes - blend until frothy and no ice pieces. I like to grind it until all the ice has broken apart and then frappe. It really helps to get rid of the pain and with MINIMAL calories, then just hit the bike! Feel free to add this!
