Comments: | I work at In-N-Out so I thot I'd just leave a little message. "Wish Burgers" are actually called Veggie Style or you can order a Grilled Cheese which is just the bun with melted cheese + letuce, tomatoes, spread and optional onions (or anyway you'd prefer to have it prepared). The secret menu at In-N-Out is actually pretty simple. The deal with 3x3s, 4x4s, 3x2s etc. is that you can order ANY number of patties by any number of cheeses, there's no limit. Also the toppings are simple, if you don't specify details they'll give you a stock burger which is lettuce, tomato, special spread (which yes, is similar to thousand island sauce) and we'll always ask you if you want onions. If you say yes then you'll just get a slice of onion put next to your patty which will warm it up. If you specify raw onions then the onion will be placed somewhere where it will not heat up, grilled onions are chopped up and then grilled, also you can order chopped raw onions or whole grilled onions. You can also hold any of the main stock ingredients and/or add pickles, mustard, or ketchup. Meat can be cooked well done, or medium rare and also have no salt if you'd like. Buns can be lightly toasted or extra toasted. Fries can be lightly done, well done or no salt. You can mix any combination of the shakes as well as order a large shake (size of a medium drink) or an extra large shake (size of a large drink). Basically, you can make whatever modifications to your In-N-Out meal that you would like. Just explain to the associate what you want and we'll do everything in our power to make it for you. I have so far made a bunch of chocolate cakes, brownies, cookies, and pancakes. I am really nervous because tomarrow I am going to use this flan recipe that is on here and even typical south americans dont make it from scratch. They ALL use mixes so when I explained what I am going to do it raised a few eyebrows. Anywho...I love the links page too. Comments: | I just tried the "White Trash" Hamburger Pie reciepe. I enjoyed it but I do recommend a couple of slight differences for a change of pace. Instead of a casserole, how about a real pie! Thats what I did. I followed the directions on the preparations for the main mixture, only with two variances. I used sweet onions,4 tbl of butter (I love Brumblin Brown yogurt butter)and a generous amount (to YOUR taste)of garlic powder. Then, instead of putting the mixture into a casserloe dish, I put it into a 9 inch pie crust. I put the potato mixture on top. I then baked it at 375 for 15 minutes and then pulled it out and put a TOP CRUST on it. Pilsbury has the kind of piecrust that you can roll out and place over anything that you want. I then put the "hamburger pie" back into the oven a baked it an additional 45 minutes. IT WAS GREAT! It looked like a pot pie with a top hat lol. My family loved it. I've got to say that usually you don't like the food from where you work at, but every day I work I still get my DblDbl and fries - as do the rest of us. It really is fresh food. My stepdad told me not to tell him of any crazy secret ingrediant if I find one there, and unfortunately, I haven't found one at all ;-P. Heheh, I always thought that the big safety pins were cool - and hey, it's really fun working there. Everything's fast pace and professional - I really like going into work too because the atmosphere puts me in a better mood. Surprisingly to me, you almost ignore the fact that Barcelona is widely known for being a modern and open city but not very representative of Spanish culture. It seems as you did not talk much to real people, better knowing the place, its people, its language (Catalan as well as Spanish). Comments: | This site is great! I found it while doing a search for a Deep Fried Mars Bar recipe. Though I live in New Zealand now, I'm originally from the South (Georgia, to be exact) and I really enjoyed seeing all the "White Trash" recipes - most of which I have eaten over the years. I like that all the recipes, no matter how exotic, seem to be very easy and not very time consuming. I also liked that there are so many categories - most cooking websites just have Mexican, Italian, Chinese and that's all. I'll admit I'm a bit dubious to try some of the Dining Hall and Latch Key kid recipes (crackers with sugar and water just doesn't float my boat!) but I'll definitely be trying most of the others!
