I almost hurt myself laughing at all the goofy golden pix. I've been without my "golden girls" for about 5 years and have missed seeing those silly, upside-down-tongue-hangin'-out classic sillies. Your Finn and Gemma are gorgeous. I loved Finn's baby pix. There's just SOMETHING about goldens that other breeds don't have. I once described them as "dogs with a great sense of humor". | Comments: | We said goodbye to our 11+ year old lab in May. My heart was (and still is) broken. It has mended somewhat by the addition of a golden puppy, Xena. She was a "devil dog" during those first few weeks, but now at 4 months, she is becoming the sweetie that I've always known goldens to be.
Those black eyes, blonde eyelashes and wiggling butt just melt my heart when she looks at me! |

| Comments: | Oh Suzanne!!!!!!!! Thank you for sharing the pictures of Tango's babies. There is absolutely nothing more heartwarming than a litter of Golden puppies. My little pup Ivy is now 6 months old. I have pictures of her and her bros and sisses from birth through 7 weeks. It's amazing that she is with me now and already 6 months old. Before you know it, you'll be with your precious Quinn and he'll be 6 months old!!!!
I know how strong the love you feel for your little buddy is while you look at pictures of him. You want to hold and kiss him and rub his little snout and belly, don't you! Soon you will be .... and he'll be BITING you on the nose!!! SOOOOOO fun. Take care, Cynthia |

You make me love her, also. She is so beautiful. I understand your love for her as it is the love I have for my Lucky. She is not a golden, just a sweetheart who showed up at my house the day I came home from my lumpectomy. She sat on my deck and stared at me through the window with eyes that knew me. We took her in and she became my constant companion and support. She acted as if she knew me. It was strange. I feel she was sent to me to comfort me. We never found out where she came from. She was about seven mos. at the time. She appears to be part Malamute/Collie. I love her dearly. And those eyes, so knowing when I am sad or depressed. Oh, I understand your love of Gemma so well. We are blessed to have a friend who understands so well and asks for nothing but love in return. |
