I just wanted to clarify Joey from MOMO's post a bit. The "unofficial" full length recording that the band was working on was being recorded using Pro-Tools and since it is an all digital format it is subject to computer quirks such as losing valuable data like various song tracks, which is exactly what happend to MOMO.
If you happen to ever record, it is Double Helix Records' opinion that analog is by far superior to digital recording formats, and although it is quite a bit more costly, in the end it is worth the extra investment, and that is why DHR makes sure that all "official" recordings are recorded in a format such as 2".
It is truly a shame that the majority of MOMO's recording session was lost, but it is our intention to salvage as much as we can. We'll keep everyone updated.

| Comments: | the full length is not going to be coming out because alot of the tracks have been lost. some of the songs will be salvaged for future releases but it looks grim as far as a full length in the near future. we are however in the process of writing new songs--new songs will mean new recording and hopefully a cd soon. we may have the opportunity to lay some tracks down sometime in december. anyways-be patient. we will continue to do our job and double helix will continue to do its job and we will do our best to make everyone happy. as for right now-buy the weezer tribute album and look for "skyscloudsfaces" soon.
and everyone needs to listen to rocket from the crypt because they are one of the best bands. |

When I said that MOMO's solo release would not be available until the summer, I was referring to their EP which will be recorded in June/July and will feature entirely brand new material, because that will be their first "official" solo release on Double Helix Records.
The guys did record a full length album (13 songs if I am not mistaken) of their present material that may or may not be "officially" released, and the actual "unofficial" release date has yet to be set.
Mind Of My Own will be playing a series of shows in December and it is very likely that the full-length will be ready for sale by then. I would like to ask everyone to please come out and support them -- the actual dates and such will be posted in our events section soon.
You can of course also pick up a copy of Sky/Clouds/Faces which features three MOMO tracks along with Jack's Broken Heart, Yellowcard, and Wheelie -- copies are available here through our website, or can be purchased through the bands themselves.
Also, you can hear the band's rendition of "El Scorcho" on Skunk Ape Records' re-release of Making Noise: A Tribute to Weezer which is available now.
Double Helix Records will not let the fans forget about MOMO, so you have my guarantee that we will get everyone as much MOMO as possible, as soon as possible.
