I can appreciate the effort involved as I have been through my own similar adventure in pulling together another site on War-Diary.com called Soldier's Mail. Walter was a true member of the Most Gallant Generation. Stop by when you can and read some of Sam Avery's letters which are posted on the same date they were written more than 90 years ago.
