I came across your site in a very odd way. MySpace had a bulletin that said to type into google "(your first name) goes." I normally ignore those types of bulletins, but curiosity got me. So, when I did, your memorial site was the 2nd link. Call it being nosy or even just curious, but I had to take a look. She was only 6 months older than me. I know what it is like to lose a loved one tragically. My aunt was murdered in 2001 by her husband. I know it is extremely hard to move on, but moving on doesn't mean forgetting. It just means that you continue to live (not breathe or exist but truly live) in their memory. My heart goes out for you. God bless you. |

People often say that over time it will get easier but you know in your own heart that the pain and emptiness will last forever. I have lost a baby boy Dylan nearly 8 years ago and i know how hard it is to have to say goodbye to your child. You always think that when some one elses child passes away you always think that it will never happen to you and that it would be your children who will bury you and not the other way round. | Comments: | I would first like to say,what a "BEAUTIFUL" site in Honor of your WONDERFUL SPIRIT FILLED Daughter "HOLLI".I've been Blessed with a beautiful 21yr. old daughter and grandson,who I Love with all of my Heart.To say I know your pain,would be an under statement.I'm aware nobody knows anyone's pain till they've walked in their shoes,but my Heart ache's for you,it grieve's with you.I know the reality of one thing,and that is,it can happen to anyone.No one wants to think about that aspect,(for whatever reason--FEAR,the UNKNOWN,etc...)but I believe we should.It enable's us to see the the world in a different perspective.To see how fragile life is,to have a deeper love,understanding and respect for your loved one's and mankind,(two of the most important to me),to be able to share someone else's victorie's,to be happy for their accomplishments,all they've been Blessed with, and mostly, to be able to have sympathie's towards whatever obstacles they face,to lend a helping hand in any way possible
The second and last thing I want to mention.I'm a recovering alcoholic and born again Christian.I've gotton behind the wheel many times intoxicated,which ultimately my life nearly ending with a drunk driver behind the wheel of my car,(no other vehicles were involved),but I'm quite aware there easly could have been).When I turned my life over to God,is when I started to see life through JESUS'S eye's instead of my own.I know that God forgives a repentant heart,but I also believe that the mistakes incurred earth bound should still have a penalty.There has to be boundaries to keep law,justice & order.We still have a responsiblity to uphold mans law.The fact that we are forgiven by GOD, still dosen't change the fact that somone's life (has) been taken,abused,threatened,or altered forever. With God giving me the talent of singing,I know that I have a sole responsibilty to worship him with it and to be a voice for the people.My belief is,were here in this world to use the abilites that God has provided us with, so that we can learn to be better servant's for the coming of our new home to be,"HEAVEN". I see in HOLLI,a very Loving Soul that's continuing to touch people's lives thru God, the help of her mother, along with millions of others,and "IT'S WORKING". God Bless You, Kimi |
