FS: OmniGo 100 in an excellent shape.

Has a new screen (Few days before the warranty ended, I had HP
replacing the screen with a new one, since it had scratches.)
After receiving the OGO back, I moved back to the US and it set in my
drawer the last 2 1/2 years.
I work from home and I don't need it anymore.
So, I just replaced the back up battery, put new batteries in it, a new
backup battery in the 2MB SRAM card and it is for sale.

Package includes:

  • One (1) OnmiGo 100 with a new screen. (No scratches.)
  • One connection cable. (For back up and file transfer. It also has an
    adapter for HP 200.)
  • One 2MB DRAM card. (For back up and extra memory.)
  • Miscellanies connectors: OGO to printer, OGO to Modem.Null modem
    connector.
  • Books, manuals, OGO magazine issues.
  • All the software available for the OGO:
  • Quicken, connectivity pack and all the shareware / freeware.
    The quicken is the original disk. The rest of the software is what I
    downloaded from different sources.

    PS. The connectivity pack (the improved one-- not the 1st version) is
    very cool. I wished I had it when I needed it when I used the OGO when
    I bought it.

    No reasonable offer is refused, since I really loved my OGO and I want
    it to serve someone else as well, instead of sitting in my drawer.

    I bought my ogo 2nd hand and the screen is scrached quite badly. It's o.k., but I wonder if the top layer can be replaced, or is it ruined forever. I understand that those home made transparency cutouts are only protectives...

    I am planning to list my Omnigo on Ebay in the next day or so, but
    thought that someone on this list might be interested in it straight
    out.



    1 - Omnigo 100; no manuals (I bought it off Ebay and it didn't come
    with them) no connector cable (I'm keeping mine for the HP 100 LX I
    just bought). Omnigo is gently used and very few scratches on the
    screen. I have been successful in connecting to Compuserve (CIS
    software) and Earthlink using the ArtComm email demo and an external
    modem. My biggest problem with the Omnigo isn't the machine - I just
    need to edit larger files than the available editors allow.



    1 - Geoworks Bindery with manuals to create your own Geos E-books.



    1 - Omnigo Remote Controller software from Breadbox - really easy to
    use way to transfer files to/from the Ogo/PC; also adds printing
    capability when connected. Just purchased for $20/plus s&h.



    Asking $90 for all of the above.



    I also have a Phenom, WinCE 1.0 that I'm going to sell. Internal
    modem; Original box; complete $150.00

    I've tried making my own serial lead, and failed. I think I made it too long for the small power output, or bad soldering or something. Anyway, I give up. Can someone rescue me by selling me a lead? The software would be nice, but I think I can use Omnicom or the Windows connnection software on this site.
