 RE: WIMBORNE FEAST FOR ALL despite not getting time to get to even part of one of the shows over the weekend I am really pleased it went well for you and everyone enjoyed themselves. Not all of Wimborne feels negative about what you guys put on and I for one will defend to the hilt your right to put on and go to a gig that might just be a little different as it features "modern folk music of the masses", not the refined middle class twiddle de dee stuff the town has plenty of! More power to your elbows, vespas and skanking boots!

Thanks for inviting UNION to play maximum R&B at the FEAST FOR ALL 3 day event at The Albion Wimbourne on Sunday 10th June 2007.
The sun shone and the rest of the band really enjoyed themselves, as well as the audience. It was good to meet you and thanks for taking some photos of the band, they came out good.
Keep up the good work promoting great music, and Im sure we will meet again.

"THE MODS" "Tribute to an Era" Show captures authentically the cream of "The Mod" bands of the 60's. The influence of individuals and bands like The Kinks The Small Faces The Who The Pretty Things The Doors Jimi Hendrix Desmond Dekker The Animals The Yardbirds Otis Redding made the 60's one of the Greatest Decades of music that is still played regularly to this day, and continues to influence young up and coming bands. The brilliance of this band "THE MODS" stems from the musical ability of each member and the fact that we just play the songs as they should be performed. Regularly playing to audiences of 2500 at Butlins Specialist Weekends and topping the bill over classic acts such as The Zombies, Chris Farlowe and Gerry and the Pacemakers to name but a few, it is the sheer scope and range of material plus the boundless energy and fun, that makes the band the incredibly successful act that is has become and who's personality is growing all the time. Headlining at all major Scooter Rallies as well as Harley Davidson Festivals it is the music that makes this band so spectacular. Headlining the Small Faces Convention and being lined up for this years Who Convention "THE MODS" go from strength to strength.
