When I met Kathy, I was struck by her love of life and her love of Jerry and their flock. She spent so much time with me on the phone and via email, coaching me about how to take care of my new tiel babies. She had so much kindness and love to give everyone she met. I am absolutely devastated to find out about her passing. Kathy, we love you and we are praying for you and your family.

my deepest sympathy to jerry and kathy`s family. although i didn`t know neither jerry or kathy; i was very sadden to hear another well loved member of the boards was loss. may her trip to god allow her to be with all the crossover birds there and may her beloved crew here find another momie as good to them as she was. god bless you jerry and help you to carry your grief as it is a long hard walk. bless you and i am so sorry for your hurt and loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. :( I know watching someone you love suffer in pain is very hard. I am praying that you will be comforted by the Lord at this time. I met you and Kathy a few years ago at a "bird dinner" that was held the night before a Lancaster Bird show. I didn't know she was in pain a lot with RA. I'm sorry she suffered so much.

I felt a pain my heart when I learned of this devastating news today. Kathy was a beautiful, gentle, loving woman. I had the good fortune to meet her and Jerry at the bird show in Lancaster. I am deeply saddened by her untimely death. She created a wonderful website on tiels that gave information and encouragement to so many. She created a special page for my own Blondie and Dakota. I was honored that she did that for me. My heart goes out to Jerry, her family and friends and her flock. We have truly lost a wonderful friend.

I am very honored to have one of Kathy's beautiful cockatiels we named Pucker. I also am honored to have met Kathy in person. She was a very kind and wonderful person. To see the care and love she gave to each and everyone of her feathered friends and her adorable little dog and of course the love for her husband that was so easy to see.She had so much love to go around and still had time to talk to me when I called with a problem with Pucker. She was always so happy to here how Pucker was doing. I am very sad this night. Our hearts and our prayers go out to her Husband and family. She will be sadly missed. Everytime I look at Pucker I will have fond memories of Kathy and know that now she is taking care of all those feathered friends that have crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you Kathy for Pucker. She is a treasure.
