"Important Information"

In an effort to keep the guest book accurate and to avoid frustration to visitors, The Weaponz Net performs periodic QA checks on the accuracy of the Guest Book.  Once your entry has been marked as needing an update, you have approximately two months to contact The Weaponz Net with an update.  If we do not receive an update within this time, your entry will be deleted and you will need to re-sign the guest book.

 Please fill out all fields as completely and accurately as possible.  All fields are required except "Previous Assignments" & "HomePage URL".  If you would like to enter a "Nick Name" or "Surname" then please place it in the "First Name" field so it will print to the guest book properly.
