wow! Thanks Dave! I think you really are inpressed with Tom. And your suggestion to yourself is perfect,,,,get a life,,,you may be alot happier and maybe I possibly know who you are. Try to be happy and God bless you, you poor soul. This was refreshing, really, in a way, as you were basically the first person to "slaughter" Tom. Bravo!!!!
Oh, and to comment three times, what DO you have against him??? You seem so angry and I am sorry for that. And you may know me, Joannie, his wife.

already apparently my lengthy review of the guitar slaughtering atrocity that is Tom Gavornik didn't get posted, or at least didn't show up yet, so to be safe, ur awful, u have no knowledge of the gutiar, and ur MIDI sounds like something a 5 year old would use. Get a life, and perhaps i should get one too since i'm wasting time commenting on the guestbook of a guitar player whos melodic riffs (if we pretend ur songs actually have a melody) can be compared of uh, well frankly I don't want to make a simile because I'll be insulting whatever I compare you to

you people cannot, and for that matter shouldn't be allowed to, congradulate this man for anything. I stumbled upon this tom playing when I was watching public access at 6 in the morning and it was the worst thing i had ever seen. He is hands down the worst guitar player I have ever seen. I mean, some people really suck at guitar but they don't really practice, but u can tell tom actually tries, which is a problem because hsi playing is atrocious. While listening I can identify no discernable keys (and dont' give me any of that modal bullshit, i know ur not using any modes). And than as if a complete lack of musical knowledge wasn't enough (which it defenitly is), the icing on the cake is hearing these horrible noises tom gavornik calls music through a MIDI pedal, so I don't just get to hear the guitar being slaughtered, but a myriad of other low quality instrument sounds as well. Bravo Tom, Bravo. But hey, at least ur better than that superdude guy.

http://livingdollsbyjoan.com I have know and lived with this genius of a man for over twenty years and I must say he astounds me most of the time with his creativity and sensitivity to his approach to improvisational music. I am particularly proud of his recent work, "Acceleration" and his recent one "A Long Time Ago". Brilliant I must add. Rock on Tom!!! I love you always.

Tom,
I happened upon your cd and wanted to write you to say hello. I especially loved your song: Breeze in a Bottle. Sounds like you are living the dream...creating what you love and loving what you create. It certainly comes through in your music.
All the best,
Carmen

I am a writer for The Rag newspaper and my column is Musically Speaking. Your wife recently wrote to The Rag about one of my articles and I want to thank you both for your kind comments which were sent to me by the paper.

I listened to some of your work and it is magnificient. I applaud your talents.

It is so difficuly to find someone who is as diverse and equally good in each genre you play.

Do you do studio work? Our sons are always looking for quality studio musicians--especially guitarists.

http://www.touchguitarist.com Hi Tom,

Last time we met was in the early 80's when I was a student at Princeton Seminary and working at a Presbyterian Church in Edison. You gave me a lesson (which I still have) and some great advise. I have a CD but need to catch up and get the rest!

You made a real impact on me back then and I thank you,
