(If possible, it would help us a great deal if you only enter your TOTAL hours for the month either at the end of the current month or within the first week of the following one).
Then click the "Submit Hours" button at the bottom. PLEASE NOTE: YOU ONLY HAVE TO CLICK THIS ONCE.
(There will be a pause while your entry is recorded. Also, it will not be visible in the summary until the next time you log on to the site).
Please note also that the request for you to enter a stated Verification Code is a new security requirement set up by the Guestbook provider. It's basically a way to stop "automated scripts" from spamming guestbooks. Since you have to physically LOOK at the code and enter it, a script can't add entries remotely. Just make sure that you enter the script exactly - i.e. using upper and lower cases as stated.
Please do not be alarmed by this requirement. It is just a way for us to ensure the validity of the entries we receive. |
