I have thought of you a lot lately. I ahve been goign through a lot of grief and it remidns me how your death affected me. I am grateful for the WNET women who made a pact to look after our health. I am doing a lot better but there are days when I am very sad. Thanks for sharing some secrets with me. Your death taught me a lot. Thanks to your death I looked after my own health. My Crohns is in remission and I am continuing to take care of myself. I lsot another friend recently. I still have to wrok on the fear of peopel dying. Too many I have had lately in my life. Deb, I miss you. Managed to go out east (Halifax) without you or Mike. It should have been the 3 of us like we planned. Ugly car had a bumper incident, had my 40th Bday on a plane from Halifax.
