Love the site. I sat on the subway one night and stop after stop people would get on and look back and forth between the empty seat next to me and the empty seat next to the passed out drunk across the car from me. After 3 stops, someone finally sat next to the drunk, but I had extra space the whole way home. :-)

Your survey forgets to mention that Japan has appologised many times for its crimes, and that it has paid compensation out (now known as ODA, worth billions of dollars, and in the case of China is still paying).

It also forgot to add that Japan's appologies have largely been accepted. Even China and south Korea have signed off on treaties to say that compensation had been paid and appologies had been accepted (they did it when they normalised relations).

As a non US citizen, I am awaiting my compensation check and appology for US aggression against my country, and will be waiting eagerly for the day when Vietnam, Lybia, Iraq etc get theirs.

Hello. I find your words very interesting & it is good to know what foreigners think about Japan. But do you hate Japan? Is nothing good here? I hope you can find something nice about Japan.

This is just a collection of my thoughts opinions on things in the news concerning Japan. I do not expect you to agree with me all the time but I hope that maybe you will learn a bit about life for a foreigner in Japan
Anyway, read on & enjoy!
