Don and Donnie especially looked like they were having the time of their lives. And the closer - "Livin' in the USA/Travelin' Band" - was outrageously terrific. | Comments: | Caught the show at NY State Fair on Tuesday and in Verona in July. Awesome as usual at the fair but I felt that you got shafted in Verona.Your set was too short. Styx was too distorted and REO was too political. You guys were spot on like the last 20+ shows that I have had the honor of seeing you guys. You guys truly get the "giving your money's worth" theory when putting on a show. Although it seems like sometimes nobobody recognizes what a great band that you are, the true 38 fans know whats good.I hope that you continue to do what you guys do best for many years to come. YES I was there and I was front row and much younger than I am today. However, that did not stop me from once again seeing them LIVE at the Turning stone on July 2. They were the opening group for Styx and REO. All three bands Rocked. Being a fan of all three plus quite a few other bands. 38 Special was out in front by a full length. They absolutely sounded the same as they did in the early 80's. They were absolutely AWESOME. Check there schedule and go see them again and again. IT's such a natural high!!! AAAHHHHHHH !!! |

July 1 we left Ottawa,ON for Verona,NY for the show with Styx and REO on July 2/09 This is a 4 1/2 hour ride well worth it (and will do it again !!) to see all of you guys. Finally getting the chance to see you play for the first time!! My intro to 38Special was a video for the song "Teacher,Teacher" and been a fan every since getting any CD I can find. | Comments: | Caught the show last night in Wheeling, WV. This is the fifth time I have seen the band, and I have three more lined up in the next 33 days, the last one with my son. The show was great. .38 can hold its own with any band in the world and can blow most away. The energy is always peak and they always have fun. This is truly a band that never just goes through the motions. This is what Rock-And-Roll was meant to be. It's the band, the fans, and the music. And it doesn't get better than .38 Special. |

| Comments: | My son is coming in from Afghanastan in September for two weeks R and R. He will get in two days after the boys play in my Hometown of Parkersburg, WV. I just bought tickets for the show in Ohio on 9\6\2009 to take him. It is a 5 hour drive, but 38 Special is one of his favorites, and after 15 months in Irag and 8 months in Afghanastan, he deserves it. And with the concerts I've got line up, it will be the sixth time I will see them in less than a year. Keep on Rockin', and God Bless! |

My brother and I are going to the "Can't Stop Rockin'" show this Sunday (6/28) in Mansfield,Ma.... We purchased the "5 Star VIP Pkg" and it was to include the soundcheck but now it's a "Meet & Greet" with either Styx or REO... Ehhh... So hopefully we don't miss your set or we'll be pretty p*ssed off... We were on the Simpleman Cruise this past January and are booked for the 2010!!! Had lunch with Danny on the first day. I've waited for 20 years to see the band. We came to Florida in September 2001 and we missed a chance to see a concert owing to the terrorist attacks I've finally got another chance to get to San Diego in September and try as I might the nearest concert is in NM some 1000 miles away when I'm over. Sometimes life is very unfair, looks like I'll never get to see the band - I think the last time ou did Europe was in about 1980. I'ts disappointing for us in the UK Oh well I can at least pray that one ay you'll do the Sweden Rock Festival in Solvesborg - thats less than a 1000 miles! Simon |

| Comments: | I have seen you guys 3 times in the last year, in the DFW area. I saw you at the Glass Cactus, Billy Bob's and then last night at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, OK. Last night's performance , I was really upset with!! I paid for VIP tickets, and ya'll played for a whopping 45 minutes!! Seriously, what's up with that?? I thought ya'll were the main attraction. REO Speedwagon played for an hour and a half. I stayed for 2 STYX songs and then left!! I hope you guys come back, without a headliner, as your shows are much better without another group!! | Comments: | I was a the concert in Sandy, UT on Saturday May 30, 2009. My daughter and I sat 10 rows back from the stage and I loved every minute of it. I also went to the concert in Las Vegas, NV two weeks before and really enjoyed it too. I also saw 38-Special in Wendover, NV in March. I really like it better when they perform by themselves. They truely put on a GREAT SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
