| Comments: | Hi Jimmy .... and all the rest of the Ides! You guys were awesome in Elmwood Park Friday night! The weather was great unlike Cicero where there was some rain but I have to admit I was still rockin and rolling despite it.
I love your new songs .... keep um coming! Most importantly please don't ever stop playing. I can't imagine my life without you guys and other "oldie" bands. Just keeping playing .... forever!! I hope you enjoyed your Russells B-B-Q sauce. It was just a little token of appreciation from me (Scott and Chris love it) cuz you were rockin in my home town!! Hope to see you next in Woodale!! Keep on rockin!! |

I needed to write to say thank you for the fact that you guys are still doing what you do. My dear wife, who was with me when we saw you at the Kane County Fair and Blackberry Farm in Aurora, passed away Sunday night. I want you to know that she enjoyed you guys tremendously and I'm sure that she would also say thank you if she could. Please take care and remember, What you guys do on stage has meaning to somebody. |

| Comments: | Thanks for performing in Bensenville again! The band was
awesome even though the weather was a bit chilly (I've got to tip my hat to Jim wearing what looked like a drafty outfit). Thanks for the new songs...it's refreshing to hear new tunes from you guys. One last thing...Last September my wife and I visited Warsaw, Poland and I let a few of my relatives listen to your music. I think you have some new Ides of March fans over there now. Take care and God Bless. |

| Comments: | Good Morning Ides of March! All I can say is thank godness it did not rain last night or else I would have been very disappointed. I have mentioned that Bensenville has been one of my favorite places to see you guys and last night was no exception. Keep Rockin is a great song and a perfect way to open the show. Looking forward to hearing the other songs you are working on as well. The Sky is Falling I did like for the encore and of course enjoyed the other songs in between. Anyway I do hope to catch a show or possibly two this summer so take care everyone!
And to Jim I forgot to mention how much I enjoyed your appearance with Lisa at the Best Buy in Chicago. The music was excellent and it was interesting to hear Vehicle done in a different musicial mode. Loved the Search is Over and I tell you Lisa has the perfect voice for jazz. Also thanks for your wonderful compliment as well last night. It meant a lot to me and you are my motivation for sure. And Eric from AE says HI! |

| Comments: | Just wanted to thank you guys again for coming to "A Taste of Omaha" last night. Jim, it was a great thrill for me to meet one of my favorite Rock 'N Roll Heroes of all time and for you to be so generous with your time allowing me to prattle on about your accomplishments like the music nut that I am. Plus, I had a great conversation with Bob, who was also very generous with his time and gave me some terrific insight on your band's history.
My wife, Carol, is from Berwyn, so if any of you knew any Bruzek's when you were growing up, it was probably some relation of hers. Her family moved down here to Omaha when she was only 3 so, respectfully, she doesn't remember any of you!! Again, thanks for the terrific show, and hope we see you some time again. |

| Comments: | It was great seeing you all of you guys play at the Genessee last Friday. It brought back memories of over 40 years ago of Sandy, Bill and I hanging out with you in Berwyn and going on your concert trips. I still get goose bumps when I hear "Vehicle". All of you still look and sound great. Hope to go to more of your concerts. It was nice visiting with Larry. |

I graduated from Morton West in 1967. Then on to UCLA (University of Cicero Located on Austin - Morton College) and then to NIU. I have been to a few concerts and always blast VEHICLE when it is on the radio...the ONLY way to listen to it since we were ALWAYS in front of the speakers. Continued success! | Comments: | X-Treme Ides fans, you never know where or when you will run into one of the Ides of March members. While at the Indy 500 race today, about 8:00 am we were watching the school bands march around the 2.5 mile oval track, when over the loud speaker a band from a Chicago high school was introduced and the director was the Ides very own trombone player, Dave Stahlberg. We rushed down to track side and got Dave’s attention and he walked over to say hi.

| Comments: | Hi Larry -
Your daughter Rachel told me about this website. I had no idea you were still playing. I don't know if you remember me, but your daughter Lauren and my daughter Amy were in the same pre-school together (at that church in Brookfield). I also worked with your ex-wife Pam at Stanadyne. I used to see you when I picked up Amy, cause you were picking up Lauren. Gosh Rachel is beautiful and I'm sure Lauren is also. I remember being at a party at your house in LaGrange Park. That is going way back. Anyway, I always enjoyed listening to the Ides. Take Care! |

| Comments: | Just wanted to let you know that there are still some IOM addicts here in OHIO. I hired a (4) piece band a couple weeks ago for a big birthday bash (50th!). Midway thru their second set, which up to that point included Byrds, Floyd, Blood Sweat n Tears, etc..., they launched into Vehicle. The whole house came to their feet. What a phenominal song. What a phenominal Band. Thanks for all the great tunes over the years! |

| Comments: | Well I can't believe that I had forgotten a birthday. I am usally very good when it comes to remembering your birthdays but maybe my memory is not as good as it used to be LOL! But I do want to wish a very happy belated birthday to Larry Millas who was on March 5th. I do hope it was a good one with your family. But while I am on the subject of birthdays I do want to wish another member of the Ides string section a happy birthday on the 14th and that is Bob Bergland. Hope you have a great day but hey make it a good weekend. Also we are to celebrate Ides of March day Sunday and it is so weird not having a concert to go to. But not too worry I have my hockey to keep me busy unless we don't make the playoffs then I will need a lot of patience (right Scott?). I see Bensenville is your first show on June 10th and it is perfect timing indeed. Not to mention my favorite spot to hear the Ides.
So take care everyone and can't wait to hear the new CD and hopefully you will include a couple in your set. |

| Comments: | Back in 1972 when I was a junior in high school I joined a nine piece brass band called Autumn Shade that did mostly dances and local battle of the bands. One of our premier tunes was "Vehicle". What a fun song to play and sing. It's still one of my all time favorites and I still remember the whole song to this day. I have had many musical influences in my life and the list wouldn't be complete without the Ides Of March. You guys are the best and are living proof that a rock n' roll heart is timeless. Thanks for years of great music and wonderful memories. |

| Comments: | Scott, It was great to see you last night performing with your other group The Tonellis. Not only are you a fantastic keyboard player and singer with the Ides, but last night you also did a great job playing guitar with the Tonellis. Yes, the music was different from the normal Ides’ music, but good music is always enjoyable to listen to and to sit back, relax, and have a few cold ones. Hope the next time the Tonellis play, more of the Ides’ fans come out to hear a different side from our favorite keyboard player. Happy New Year to you and Chris. Missed seeing you Chris. Scott can tell you why Lilioza didn’t get to the show with me last night. It wasn't her scooter this time.
