Along with the free advertising of our name we also received some negative comments. There is not much we can do about that. Hopefully by treating people fairly we can regain their trust. That would make the original founders happy because the little family business they started in 1939 still remains a little family business to this day. |

This store has been in business since 1937 and is not affiliated with the chain. I found the owner who assisted me to be highly professional and friendly, and I would recommend this store to everyone |

They are a small family owned & operated business with 60+ years of experience, with three generatations of succession. |

| Comments: | I don't know about some of the negative comments posted here... I live in Clarendon a couple of blocks from the After Hours store, and rented from them for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a black tie dinner event... The gentleman who operates the store was *VERY* nice/friendly and quite helpful! I admit I was reluctant to go there having read some of the reviews, but after stopping in to check the place out, I was very pleased with their selection and service. They have been a family-owned business for something like 60+ years in this location, and I was also happy to support one of the few "mom and pop" shops left in the neighborhood.
The tuxedo I rented fit perfectly and looked great! I would certainly rent from them again and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone one else. - Rick |

| Comments: | After Hours/Mens Warehouse is TERRIBLE!!! I recently had my wedding where 8 people rented tuxes. Not ONE fit correctly even when we asked for adjustment. My pants were about 4 inches too long (not sure how that happens when you are measured twice). My dads pants would have put MC Hammers pants to shame they were so wide in the leg (he is an average size guy). My best mans jacket sleeves were two inches too short. My ring bearer's whole tux was too large (happened to be one size too large for the cheaper priced tux...). My brothers shirt sleeve was about 6, yes 6 inches too long (this is tough to change as its decided by the neck size). I could go on....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! |

| Comments: | Just looking for tuxes for my wedding....didn't find the colors that the link from david's bridal said you had. Might be a good idea to at least post a palatte of colors, like a painters palatte, so consumers can see what you have available in the store. Perhaps make your sight a little more interactive too. Remember, a lot of women shop for tuxes for their men, and we want a lot of options, and to be able to see these options without the pressure of being in the store. Thanks! |

| Comments: | Bought a clip-on tie and cumberbund set for the inaugural ball and when I took the tie out of the box that night it fell apart. Luckily I was able to stop by Jos.A Bank and get a replacement before the event (at a much higher cost) so I took the set back to After Hours and the place refused to accept it saying once you leave the store you can't return anything. IT FELL APART! I even provided the receipt for my replacement tie from Jos. A. Bank. I would recommend you not go to this place if you want to deal with honest people -- there are plenty of other places to rent/buy tuxedos and accessories. |
