We hope this email finds everyone doing well as we bring yet another riding season to closure. It is with great sadness that we inform you all as of October 22,2010, Queens Together Making Changes Motorcycle Club (QTMC), a 501c3 organization has been dissolved and is no longer in operation. As such there should be no wearing of the QTMC logo or any operation under the name. All members have been advised to cease and desist any use that references QTMC which includes the wearing of any QTMC vest, jacket and/or t-shirt. In addition, all social networks bearing any reference of QTMC are to be disabled. This decision was not an easy one to make but the dynamics of the motorcycle community coupled with the changes in the lives of those in the organization made it necessary. We greatly appreciate the overwhelming love and support shown to us over the past 7 years and will definitely remain a part of the community when possible. We have many, many memories to share and loved being your hosts as what you all have called one of the HOTTEST anniversary celebrations within the community. In adherence to the club dissolution commitment, as indicated in our by-laws, after all pending expenses have been paid ALL remaining monies will be donated to Interact Battered Women's Shelter, our long standing charity of choice. We look forward to seeing everyone soon and will definitely continue to support the community efforts. Wishing all the ladies the best of luck in their future endeavors as QTMC bids the community a great farewell. A lot of hotels and businesses lost millions of dollars during the Memorial Day Weekend at Myrtle Beach in 2009. Some fear that things will never be the same as people have started finding other places to go during this time of year, especially bikers. Well, with an election year fast approaching for many of the local government officials there in that area, K9 believes that things may not ever be the way they were, but this doesn't mean that things can't be even better. So, we have made agreements and arrangements with one of the classiest hotels in Myrtle Beach as well as the country in order to help stimulate and revive that which is lost. K9 is "Bringing Bike Week & Bikinis Back To The Beach in 2010." We got "class" for "your ass" at the Embassy Suites located at the Kingston Plantation. http://www.kingstonplantation.com/accommodations/embassy-suites/ There's no better place, price, or way to celebrate. We have the entire hotel. YES! Every room they have at this place to include 9 swimming pools and a water park for the kids or the kids at heart. A rider went down on saturday night. He is a Probie for Drag Racers MC . He is doing good, and in good spirits . He broke his pelvic in two places, several broken ribs, a broken jaw, lots of road rash to his face and other parts of his body, but he is alive. To God be the glory. !!! He was hit from behind by a car. The driver rode off draging the bike and causing it to flip 150 feet away. Ernest fell off the bike, but was then rolled over by an on coming car who didn't see him laying in the street. God has kept him here for a reason. Thanks for all of the prayers for this brother ! Their family thanks you all. SoTired -Outcast MC-South Carolina Chapter (a long time best friend of Ernest), has been by his side today .!!!! He has been moved from ICU, to a regular room. 1111, at CMC Downtown Trama Center . Queen City Divas F-M/C, Inc , has made a donation to his wife Vivian , and we are challenging All surrounding M/C's to help this family out. He will be out of work for at least three months.
