How does this affect your ability to potentially investigate any other alleged haunted sites in the city e.g. Auld Reekie, Mercat Tours (Vaults) Mary King's Close with any sense of impartiality (surely a prerequisite of any serious research group). All of these are in commercial competition with 'City of The Dead' (The Grefyfriars Tour). Indeed Jan was one of the directors of Auld Reekie and when he left the nasty spirit which causes sooo.. much grief on the COTD tours left with him. Same spirit 'poltergeist' different location!! The Covenanters Prison has always been under lock and key except for those who ask to enter,simply to deter vandals and the hard drinkin population who sleep out in the graveyard from setting up home. Also, I've always followed studied and read about our city's alleged haunted legacy and never, never, never has Marlyon been said or seen to haunt the Tron Kirk or indeed anywhere in the city (Tron Kirk 'information center' nunder the management of City Of The Dead). COMMENTS	Just got back from edinburough and decided to do a search on Mckenzie. Like other visiters, I went to the graveyard purley to see where Bobby lies. Went for a little walk and round to the gates at the back. I looked through and turned round and got a shove on the left shoulder. I wasn't aware of goings on till I found a leaflet in the info centre on ghost tours! Then I freaked out! My opinion is this is a type of creature or energy we don't know about and We piss it off when we wonder uninvited into it's dwelling.... I'm interested to find out if the people attacked have anything in common. Is it only certain people who get scratches and other knocked unconcious? The EVP sounds like "started... now / it's time"

COMMENTS	Just wanted to say how REFRESHING it is to find a ghost site which sees orbs for what they are - dust particles! Nothing makes my heart fall wmore when I enter a ghost website to find some huge gallery of pictures featuring nothing but orbs and several pages of text about the orbs being spirits. It's just more fodder for the anti-ghost lobby, and for the 'orb seekers',well, they're putting a lot of work and effort into something which just ain't what it seems, compiling websites full of useless conjecture and information, and havng to conduct in-depth investigations to do so! Anyways, rant over! Keep on keepin' it real!
