Hi Alain,
As I'm not a book collector, I don't have an idea of the price, but I believe that the first printings of The Watchman and Other Poems are very rare. From what I remember, it was not reprinted again during Montgomery's lifetime. It must be very valuable considering the autograph and dedication. What a lucky find!

Hi I like your website a lot, i have all the boomks that were reprinted since the early 80's. And i am re-reading them now. Always loved the Anne series. I also found a few years ago a copy of the book `The watchman and other poems` in a used books store, bought it for a couple of bucks, if you can believe it! OH Did i mentionned it's autographed, dedicated and has even the little black cat drawing!!!
Anybody has any idea what it might be worth, it's in fair condition. Thansk for any info you might have. Alain |
