| Comments: | Well our trip has come and gone and Janie and I are wishing we were still there!! We had a really great time and all of the arrangements that you had arranged for us were really good. Everything was as you had set it up and went without a hitch. (I love it when a plan comes together!!) The trip to Club Paradise is a great experience. It was a little bit slow at the start because they were installing a new computer system the day we arrived and all of the staff seemed to be more caught up in that than getting us settled into the resort. Same way at the bar that afternoon but it got better as the day went along. We were a little surprised at the way that the resort operates. It is primarily a clothes-optional year round club which wants you to be a member. Just like any other nudist resort. They have a policy that says you can visit three times before you are supposed to join in some capacity. We didn't really get too deep into that because we knew we wouldn't be back more than three times in the next few years. (We will definatly go back sometime though!)</p> Anyway, once there you must take a tour (about 20 minutes) before checking into your room. It really is pretty much worth the time because they show you on a golf cart ride around the property where everything is located. The grounds are larger than we had really expected although most of our activities were isolated to the main complex.</p> The accomodations are pretty small in the hotel rooms but more than adequate, the rooms are right by the pool area which was what we wanted and is really good if you are only going to be there for a short visit. If (no, when) we go back we will definately consider one of the condos, there are several different ones near the main complex and are much larger. The policy is if you are staying in the hotel you can't have any outside food or beverages that are not purchased at the hotel. (We did fudge a little by buying a bottle and making a few drinks in the room although we bought mostly from the hotel bars) This is not a real big deal either way but if someone were staying a little longer I think it would be better to have the condo and the freedom to do more in that area.</p> The entertainment and the bar called "Club Fred" was great!! Each night was different and was a lot of fun. The dances are attended by folks who are ready to party and who wear everything from sexy sleepwear, etc. to absoulty nothing, which makes for a lot of fun!!</p> The club has a really nice restaurant with a changing menu each day which we really enjoyed in the evenings a couple of times. Again, you can dress for dinner or choose not to and it was perfectly fine.</p> The pool area was very nice and was pretty crowded on Sat. and Sun. but not bad. Lots of good conversations and really friendly people. (By the way I gave one couple from Florida your card so you will need to give me another one when we see you next).</p> Over-all if you have anyone who wants to spend a few days or longer (we met a couple who is there for a month in one of the vacation condos) in a really comfortable nudist setting the Club Paradise resort is a fantastic place to visit. It has a lot of the advantages you get by going to someplace like Hedonism in Jamacia without the out of the country travel, which was nice.</p> We will definately go back!!</p> Thank you for the help in making our trip really great!!!</p> I hope this long dissertation is not too much. Just wanted to give you my impressions. By the way, cameras were not permitted, thus no pictures, oh well it was too much fun to be worried about a camera.</p> Tim<br> |
