I have not shown my dogs - I also have his daughter, Cara. I am interested in the darker coloured Goldens (more like the English working dogs, or the American ones. Most of the links I have been chasing have beautiful but very pale dogs.I want to get another Golden before Oscar leaves me. Can you help?

jan curley Wednesday, September 13th 2006 - 01:05:25 PM janette.curley@bigpond.com Hi, I have just looked at you website and it brought tears to my eyes because sitting beside me is my 14 year old golden elsa. elsa just got through vestibular diease with lots of nursing from her loving family we thought we were going to loose her but she is a lot better now and we hope to have her for a while yet. she also has a ruptured ear drum that we are now treating thing have to look up soon. when we do loose elsa i hope i can arrange to have one of your puppies and carnt imagine what its going tobe like in our family without elsa we love her very much and will miss her lots. I know that we wont replace elsa but a new puppy brings so much love and fun and if its half as beautiful as our elsa i know we will love it as much. Its not fair that dogs dont stay with us for longer.She has been a wounderful companion to all of us. Thanks for a chance to get that off my chest love your dogs there are just gorgeous.

He was born in WA and came from the Dancingate Kennel. Our boy was called Gem(in place of an engagement ring!!!) and was 15 years old when he died. The photos have only made us want another family member more!

Its lovely and the boys and girls are BEAUTIFUL. Bob's photo should be subtitled: I'm not ALWAYS behind bars!! Although at the moment, given the mud, perhaps he ought to be. He's well and happy, a bit heavier than usual, but that will come off in the summer I expect. Dug his first rabbit warren to bits the other day, with a fanatical look in his eye, but didn't know what to do with the bunnies he found. (Henk did) Best sight in the world is Bob racing from one end of the 6 acre paddock to the other. If I can't get a well-bred black newfie soon, I'm going to be looking for another golden.
