Branson, Missouri June 6, 7 & 8th ~ 2003 2nd Annual Corvette and All GM Car Show August 8, 9, 10th ~ 2003 1st Annual StreetRod Show Friday starts with registration at The Ramada Inn from 9:00am - 6:00pm at 1700 W. Hwy 76. At 7:30pm we will see a live 70's show at a beautiful Theater here in Branson. We can all park together in a roped off area so our cars will be safe. After the show we will take a 10 mile car cruise around Table Rock Lake and stop for an ice cream at Scoops. It is located directly across from the Branson Scenic Lookout Point that has a great view of Branson's City lights. Saturday morning at 9am staging begins for the Car Show at the Ramada Inn . That is the location of the Car Show and the Inn for lodging. It is a wonderful setting with 2 pools, plenty of shade with easy access to the grassy area for Show parking. (a great improvement from last year which was on the hot asphalt). Of course, children are always welcome! There are a lot of things to do in Branson. This year will be even better than last year with all of our improvements. Saturday night the sit down dinner will start being served at 7PM at Branson's Club Vegas and the trophy presentation will immediately follow dinner. (another great improvement from last years buffet line!) At 9pm the live band and dancing will start. Sunday morning at 10:00am we are inviting you to a non denominational contemporary church service at The New Music City Centre/Starbucks to those wishing to attend. Like your page. Begining of this year I bought a 78 Plymouth Trailduster. It came stock with a 440 automatic 4x4 . This thing has positive track front and rear. I have never been stuck yet. I still have the stock 31x10x15 in tires. Its quite a story of how we got this thing. My dad found it out I California. I bought the thimg for $700 and just been dumpin money in it sence then. I ws out in a mud hole and tore up the tranny. Rebuilt it with new plantary gears, cluthes, bands, put a manual valve body in it, with 2000 rpm stall torque converter. I then busted a u-joint in the front end and bent the axle. I spent alot of money on rebuilding that. Rebearing the transfer case. Rebearing and reshemed the rear end. I just got done rebuilding the 440 in it. I hope to get pictures up soon to let ya'll see it. It has all of the orginal body parts but the paint looks like crap. The next thing i am going to do is paint it back to orginal. If anybody knows of a Trailduster emblem that goes on the passenger finder please write me. I am also looking for a Plymouth truck grill thats the only thing that is missing. If you know were I can get them parts please email me at eagle_scout_98@yahoo.com |

Darcy, she's maroon and black, she has a 360ci, 4 speed 4 wheel drive, 32in. tires with a 4 in. lift. She has been a reliable offroad camping animal. She is not fast, but her amount of power is incredible. Her biggesty feet to date was last summer in Estes Park Colorado. We came upon 2 older women in a full size Winnebago stalled in the middle of an intersection, on an uphill grade. Darcy towed them to safety with no problems. Would like to here from anyone else who has a Trailduster. I don't see that many of them around. We treat ours like an old friend. Vinman |

automatic with 4wd. I wanted to restore it, but my dad thought that I should get a more dependable vehicle (newer). Anyways i needed the money so I sold it for 1,800 last summer. There was no way in the world to tear that thing up! We used to do some logging and we have this trailer that is about 12ft. long. We would pile about 5 big logs on there and that Trailduster would pull it like it was nothing. Being that it was my first vehicle it kind of makes sense that I bonded to it. I would love to buy it back someday or get another one. |

I also have a 1946 M5 Studebaker 1/2 ton p/u. It is currently setup with the stock Champion 170 cu in Flathead engine that couldn't pull the hat off your head. I am looking for ideas for when this little engine dies. What chassis and engine did you use. Are your windshield wipers relocated up topside so you could have electrics? The 1945 Studebaker M-series civilian trucks and 1941-45 6x6 Military rigs had them mounted up topside like yours (vacuum though). Would like to BS with anyone about M-series trucks. I've had about 20 of them since 1975. Now Only one. Take care. |

I finally finished the '50 Merc,"Duke of Earl" Limited Edition Print. IT IS NOW RELEASED!! Here's what's happening in the print: The print features "Earl", a chopped, flamed-out, flame-throwing, low-riding, 1950 Merc. It is kind of a "Twilight Zone" adventure. Duke is stopped outside a little cafe out in the middle of no-where to get water for Earl's radiator. And it is there the mystery begins... | Comments: | I really like your 5W. I liked the whitewalls and fenders
from a few years back. There was a time when I wouldn't have said that. All of that old time stuff is looking better to me all of the time. It doesn't have the 1-800 look. And that is good. I have been driving a 32 sedan delivery for about 15 years now. It's blue, fendered, sb, auto. I just got a 32 cabriolet hiboy going in June 98. 406 sb, quickchange, 5 spokes, black with flames. I am just getting started on a 32 vicky hiboy. It will have a Desoto hemi, 700R4, Maybe another quickchange, steel wheels, and primer. I am looking for Desoto hop-up parts. There aren't many out there. It might make me change to a Chrysler or Dodge. I'll look for your 32 at Louisville in '99. Steve Hardin |
