Dennis Gaumond does a terrific job of connecting the dots. having read literally hundreds of books on spiritual growth, this one is a first tier read. it goes on a shelf with Deepak Chopra and Don Miguel Ruiz. Dennis has taken some very thought provoking material and laid it all out in a very east to digest manner. i could feel the synapses joining together as i read it. it will be within hands reach for a long time to come.

He gives tremendous acknowledgement to the many researchers and writers who have documented their findings over the eons. He is not ostentacious but offers this work with the humility of one who is truly seeking knowledge, wisdom and understanding of who we are, where we come from and where we are going.
