| Comments: | I googled me, so then I thought that I would google my mother,Annella R. Harrison, and this site/address cam up. Mother died three years ago. Her 100 anniversacy will be next July 13th. I am looking at putting a tribute to her and possibly asking PFLAG - Houston (as she strted this group in 1979) to create the Annella award to be given to a enlightened person whoe sees great need for something and goes aboout filling that void. Mother went to the very first March on Washington D.C. for Gay RIghts , carried a sigh that said "I am not a closeted Mother", talk about your proud parents. A bit there are some very proud children of thier parents. Any ways that was October 1979 while there 100 partnets from the East. Gulf. and West coast started Parents Flamies of Lesbain And Gays. So if anyone has thoughts about Mother or even photos, please contact me. I am not sure yet if will be able to do this, but I do very much want to look very hard at bringing it to reality.

I also am a complete nut about animals ALL animals.My husband and daughter bought me a puppy in May, 2003. Her name is Samantha, Sami, doodlebug, Sam. She is a pekenese/shitsue (can't remember the spelling). Most of all she is the love of our lives. She rules the roost around here. She sleeps in the bed between us and it is we who move over not her. I also have 2 goldfish, 2 Koi and 1 Oscar. We also have a very spoiled cat named Matilda. She came to our farm about 10 yrs. ago and adopted my husband. She was an almost outside cat until this past fall when we decided she was too old to stay outside anymore. She and Sami are best buddies and you will see the dog chasing the cat thru the house one time and then its the cat chasing the dog the next time around.

| Comments: | how wonderful, thank you for sharing. We just adopted a one year old golden. His name is Cooper. He's beautiful and sensitive and very protective. We have two japanese chins and a chin/toy poodle mix that we rescued from a puppy mill. Cooper is very well trained, in fact he's perfect! But he like everyone comes with cargo. He's been beaten and is terrified of men. After a month here you would'nt know that. My husband is greeted daily with happy barks and lots of kisses. In fact I'm the only girl here. Our boys are 11 and 16 years old. He like the other three are tickled when Dad goes to work, then tjey all fit in the bed!

| Comments: | Hi Willow, You're a person after my own heart. I'm in Petaluma on an olf chicken ranch. I presently have my 2 girls who are 8 years old and were rescued dobie x's. Amber is very special, she lost a front leg to cancer about 2 1/2 years ago, but unfortunately she now has a mass in her lung. Her sister KD is suffering from sever arthritis in her hip and also has had pancreatis and an irritable bowel. These 2 girls have been so wonderful, that I can't even begin to tell anyone how unbelievable they are. Very much enjoyed your website, poems, and photos. It's nice to know there are so many other folks that feel the same way I do. By the way, I just became the proud owner of 2 very young llamas, what a blast! do. A dog is never any older then a three year old and always need care. I was animal control officer for 5 years and attended many meeting all over the state of Iowa. I am glad to be out of it as I couldn't take the hurt of how the animals were being care for. The vetnamize moved it town and many pets disappeared. The trash hauler reported findin the skins. As you know,I am still so new to Seniors.com but you made me feel so welcome right away. Your messages that you write in the many catagories,are all so special,so nice,They go right to the heart. Right from the start I felt myself drawn to you and now I know why,because you are a "Girl"! You helped me with my "Cut & Paste" questions and how to find the notepad,only a woman would have the patience to answer those questions and explain it so clearly. You are not a "Senior" at all,you still look like a forty year old.I am so happy to see pictures of you and your WHOLE family,including your dogs.Everything around you is so precious,treasure it all,because life goes by so fast,- it sure surprised me,just how fast the years went by. I have one more big favor to ask you:how do you make and get a website,or what do they call it,a Homepage URL? Does it cost money? because then I could not do it. My Social Security is so small,that it is impossible to make ends meet at the end of the month,especially since they trippled my Gas/Electric bill.All the Insurance has gone so high.Buying medicin is totally out of my reach,that's why I "cure" myself. My Thermostat is set on 60*. In order to keep warm,I am wearing warm boots;over my sweater,I wear a cardigan and a heavier jacket.When I am on my computer,(my only vice ha,ha,ha,) I have an old comforter wrapped around me to keep my legs and feet warm.I am as frugal as I can possibly be. older. We graduated the same year, then I moved to North idaho where I have more or less stayed. My wife Karen and I have been married for almost 23 years, and have just taken up golf a couple of years ago. We were in full time volunteer ministry for several years in the 80's, pastored a church in McCall Idaho then came back to Coeurd'Alene, Idaho and re-entered the real estate rental business. I was fortunate to see Corky McDonald a few months before he died, hadn't seen him for 20 years.
