Certain details remain unclear to me. Just what was Baz' last wish, and how did it break the curse and allow him to survive? But none of that takes away from the victory and peace that shines through his and his friends' faces at the very end.

Wow, your art has become so amazing: inks, colors, all dialed in to the Nth degree. And the story, winding up mementum and cohesion for the last lap. Can't wait. But I guess I'll just have to :)

 Idiot. Just as she was wrong to claim this conflict as hers, so is Basil in seeing himself as the only one involved in it. Well, that's not fair: Basil is smarter than that, and it's because people he cares about are deep in his own trouble that he wants to keep them out as much as possible. But they can't be kept out, and going it alone is not going to help, even though there are some things that only he can do. There are other things, equally important, that he can only do with the aid of those he loves.

 Hmm. Now we get a taste of Baz's perspective on his situation. In a way, I don't think his brother and Paige have really appreciated the horrific pressure on Basil. If they are to help him solve the curse without it costing his life/sanity, this is something they need to understand. As much as they can, anyway. In the end, Basil is going to have to stand and bear the awful release of the wishes alone; there doesn't seem to be any way around that.

Sorry to hear of the depression as well. As one who struggles with it myself, the only thing I think I can say is, don't isolate yourself. Talk to friends, be as social as you can when you feel down. Hard as hell, but just about the best thing for it.
