Jakob would have been a year old just a few weeks ago here on earth but heaven needed a little angel to help GOD with HIS mysterious ways in watching over us. Jakob was there to welcome my sweet little grandbaby Carley when she was called up to that beautiful garden of eternal peace in heaven. Their purpose on earth were accomplished, and now we have to look deep into each, of our selves - to see how we can continue the chain of their purpose. I see our deep losses as an energy that moves us to be earth angels - for it is not the great big things we do, but the little unremembered, acts of kindnesses, we leave undone, that gives us a bit of heartache at the setting of the sun. There is so much to be said about this electronic human invention - it allows us to stretch our arms across the miles and even oceans to touch someone. I have met your mom via the HBL-Grandmothers group - she was one of the first welcomers to my call for a shoulder to cry on, and she informed me of your loss last February 2000. Sweet little Carley was due on Valentine's day this year, but she finihed her job on earth before then. I find myself visiting her site and finding wonderful people to reach out to - whether to just thank or to comfort either way, it is very healing and everyday is a healing day.
