Totally FANTASTIC website. Thanks, Mary Ellen, for so much interactive capacity to get to know our local soldiers much better. I'm a Vietnam Vet, also a member of Vets for Peace and the American Legion, and am an activist in support for our returning troops. I helped Mary Ellen at the recent Bo Bice concert in Charlottesville, VA. Having never watched American Idol, I had no idea who he was, but have to say, he really put a great deal of energy & gratitude into his performance--and his last song & comments were for the men & women serving everywhere, particularly in the Middle East. More or less, he said none of us should forget what you all are doing for us, that we should show our support, and dedicated John Mellancamp's "Little Pink Houses" to the troops away from home.
