Theresa Fuqua Thursday, July 6th 2006 - 07:52:14 AM theresa.fuqua@gmail.com http://www.myspace.com/afoolishmortal I like it a lot, but I wish you would update and get more pictures from further out of the outside. Another idea would be to host a charitable Artist event wherein Artists could take a stab of painting the outside of the house. That way you could have a mural effect. My grandmother lives in Sedona, but I bet the visit to Yuma would be worthwhile. What a sight!

I've loved seeing the progress of your home and looked forward to an open house. I moved to Tucson two years ago but still read the Yuma Daily Sun and saw that you had an open house in Jan and just checked your website, WOW! What an awesome job you've done, your home is truly a beautifull work of art. I would love to see some more pictures of both the inside and outside! Shelli

Yumadome Thursday, July 7th 2005 - 08:05:59 PM yumadome@hotmail.com http://www.yumadome.com Sorry I haven't updated the page in so very, very long. We have some new pictures that I hope to get posted. For those of you who are interested, we are indeed all in the dome and have been for a while. Our numbers have varied over the past couple years as these things do. We have gained a few family members and sadly lost a few. The dome is living up to our expectations and hopes and gets a little more finished all the time. For those of you who are following our progress, especially locally, we hope to have another open house on or near the first weekend of Nov 2005. This open house will benefit Hospice from the proceeds. I'll try to get more details on the webpage when things are more firmed up. There should also be one in Jan 2006 that will benefit Foothills Helping Hands. For those of you who aren't interested... that's fine too. But please don't post obnoxious messages. Keeping the world round (to borrow from Dave South) Mark

Margo Hendrix Monday, November 15th 2004 - 07:02:51 AM hendrixmr@netzero.net Sure would love to see updated photos; we drive by several times a month, and see the porches and decks going on. Just wondering how things are going inside - I'm sure the extended family could all be living there now. Good luck!

Ione Saturday, May 31st 2003 - 06:31:14 AM IONE@prodigy.net I have been fortunate enough to be able to watch the progress of you building your dream home while driving back and forth to work at YPG. I have great admiration and respect for anyone who has the patience and perseverence to make their dreams come true. You and your family are amazing. I want to thank you for posting the recent pictures of the interior of your home. I have always wondered how you were designing the interior and now I know. My jaw hit the floor when I saw your recent picture of the interior. It is spectacular. I am an avid fan of HGTV and have seen all types of different homes on their programs, but have not seen a dome of this size. Have you thought of contacting them so they can feature it on one of their programs (they have a program called "Dream Homes" and several other shows that your home would apply to)? I think it would be great for those people that are interested in building a dome, but are having difficulty in making that final decision as to whether or not to do it. Congratulations on making your dream a reality. Please keep posting updated pictures on your web site. Although I could never make my dream come true, I do enjoy being able to share in the joy of others that can make that possible. Ione

Jim Mc Cormick Monday, May 5th 2003 - 12:53:50 PM jcormick@direcpc.com http://www.realestateappraisalservice.org Recieved an appraisal assignment today! The address intriged me as I was not sure what was on the property. I then thought of the YUMA DOME and sure enough it was your house. There are not many comparable sales of similar homes so I have no idea what will happen. I have been watching this home being built since the begining. Very nice.

There will be an open house at the dome on October 19th. Time is from 10AM to 4PM. James and Joyce Allen Tuesday, June 4th 2002 - 10:31:59 AM James@asu.edu http://www.public.asu.edu/~james Knocked on your door Sunday June 2, 2002. Were greeted by a couple of very nice people but we neglected to get either of their names. Your home is stunning, to say the least. Thanks to them for their hospility. My son has built a very small dome near Bisbee. Based on 20 foot rebar the dome is about 8 feet diameter. Hope to learn more about the MDB association from your page. Do you have more details about how the dome was constructed? I'm very interested. Ross & Miracle Smith Sunday, May 5th 2002 - 03:11:55 AM RossAndMiracle@prodigy.net http://theoriginalefz.homestead.com/index.html Every week we pass by your home going to and from the foothills as we go into town to shop. We have watched it from the beginning, and are almost as excited as you all must be with the progress- although we have not been able to see the inside. We were not able to go to your Open House, which I really regret not being able to attend. We have been so excited to see all of the unusual windows being completed these past few weeks. They are simply wonderful, and I just wanted to say that we are probably just the tip of the iceberg of folks who pass by on I-8 and see your home and remark on it- it's magnificent. It took awhile, but I finally found this site, and we look forward to more updates. The interior is even more spectacular than the exterior!! Thank you again for this web site. :o)
